This is the worst management to deal with ever! Bob the maintenance manager makes it impossible to do any work or updating on your own house. The owner of the park can contact me for more info and look into getting new management. Also take a survey with your tenants you’ll see this isn’t an isolated case!

Not much for trailer parks with this ones clean and nice

This is a mobile home park designated for seniors 55 and above. It is probably the nicest mobile home park in Cheyenne but not as nice as it was 7-10 years ago either. The park takes care of mowing but residents are responsible for watering their little bit of grass on each side of their home. Residents are also responsible for shoveling their walks. If a big snow storm comes the park may or may not plow the roads out which can result in solid ice conditions. The last I knew the owners live out of town and the management is shady. Several years ago the managers husband became a licensed contractor so at that point if you wanted to build any steps, decking or repair anything it had to be done by a licensed contractor which it had not prior. Hmmmm...About two year ago a number of carports collapsed and as of last summer many were still being propped up with lumber. Mr. Licensed Contractor hadnt got around to repairing them yet. My mother recently sold her home there and less than 24 hours before closing the buyer’s agent contacted the manager to say they would take possession in 24 hrs. At this time management decided to condemn my mother’s back steps and they wanted $700.00 to replace!! This was the first time we or the buyer had heard this. If we refused we would lose the sale. Like I said they are shady.
