LOVE the people , the neighbors and ESPECIALLY the PARK EMPLOYEE S!! , CANT ever COMPLAIN about the VIEW !!

A nice quaint quiet little trailer park that feels more like a community than your average trailer park with actual driveways and plenty of trees for shade.

I live next to this park and the new tennants who baught a trailer near us are horrible. People there before that were very nice.

Although I didnt reside there, I have a family member who did. The lot rent is way too high for there to be nothing done about the childrens park which is in horrible condition. In my opinion they let the grass get too long in the park area before they cut it. And the huge grassy area thats gated off is too tall and is such a perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes ( which get so bad out there).
