Been here for a year and it’s been quite nice.Mostly quiet, trailer is in pretty decent shape. Price is very good when compared to home rentals. Pets are allowed. Quite happy to be here for another years lease.

I drove all through the park looking for my dog . It was quiet , pretty clean and the people I talked to were very nice and tried to help.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. The mobile homes have some issues but management recognizes all of our requests for repairs and gets to action as soon as possible! It takes time but you gotta realize how many other homes they have to repair as well! The management really are great people of you get to know them!

600 plus for lot rent is insane

It’s a great place to live. It’s in a school zone so everyone gets background checks. There is a small park area where kids can play. I will say that some of the trailers need cleaning up, there are a few that are abandoned, but they are bringing new homes into the area.

They email as their main source of communication. So, if your email is also a mess you’ll wake up some days and not be able to shower.Cause they turned off the water for the whole parkFor the third time that monthBut it’s like, ok. Cause “we emailed you” the night before.So, ig if you’re gonna live here, check your email everyday. Or they’ll turn off the water and you won’t know until you go & shower.Also, they don’t plow the streets in the park during the winter. So if it snows, you gotta hope your car can make it through it lol.I’d definitely recommend finding somewhere else tho. Waking up multiple times a year (like A LOT) to no water at all is really just a garbage way to start the day.

Great place, the management is excellent and they take amazing care of their residents. Ive lived here a couple times and its a very quite neighborhood.

This place was amazing to live at, and definitely one of the best trailer parks in town. We lived for a year, and only had to call maintenance once to fix our door knob and they were there that day, and fixed the problem immediately!! I recommend living here if your looking to rent in CHEYENNE! Very reasonably priced with everything you get! Very cozy homes and they offer so much!! Most definitely worth it!!

Decent trailers, but if you need anything done youre better off doing it yourself than relying on their wonderful maintenance people, office people are never in the office to do anything, and are unreliable when you request a walk through and they go on vacation and then turn in your notice to vacate a week late so you become late on rent and owe other feed.

Ive never had a problem here. The management and staff are overly friendly and truly care about ppls needs and issues. They work very hard and genuinely have compassion for the entire community. My wife and I feel that west winds is not a trailer park...it is a home and the units are beautiful and better than what you will get in town. The price is much more reasonable as well.

They have a lot of rude people living there and the crime is super high there. Young kids are unsupervised and it needs to be cleaned up of drug trafficking.

I was told that a mobile home would be available starting Aug 1st 2018 did the paperwork I then overnighted the application with money orders for mine and my husbands application fees that totaled $60.00. They said that the homes were delayed in being set up but that they would have something come mid August or the end of August. Here it is the end of August after they ran the applications, took the app fee of 60.00, welcomed us to the community via an email, and havent heard from them since... I tried emailing them (being I am out of state and cannot actually go into the office) about possible move in dates mid July for August and I still have not heard anything back from them and its been well over a month now! Needless to say we backed out of moving to Cheyenne, WY altogether (due to the little interaction we had with places/communities over there) and how business was being done and while its a good thing for us that we didnt end up moving there I cant help but think how many application fees is this community taking from hardworking people both in and out of state in promise of false advertising on dates and homes that they have available. We are used to moving around from the military so we know what we are doing and I have never dealt with people that are so blatantly rude (to not just contact someone back keep them informed after you did run their background checks/credit reports, and of course take their money)! I tried filing a BBB complaint but they dont deal with these things so Im not to sure where to turn to now. Be warned Valarie is who I dealt with online/email, and on the phone, and Patti sent me a couple of emails as well but wasnt really of any help. They also advertise for 899.00 on their website but after you are accepted and have sent in the paperwork the price is now 999.00 for the 3 bed 2 bath because it is brand new ( not complaining because that is still cheaper rent than we are used to but still kind of false advertising)...

The other post on here is not from me the really kathy vest!!! I like it here the ladys that work here try to help you if they can if not they know who they can call. They do a lot for the familys here the do a party for the kids almost every Holiday and they do the end of the school year party and back to school party we like it here it is a quiet area.

Just moved in here about a month ago. So far its not to bad. Can be difficult catching property management at times but they are busy women.

My family thanks you for the past two years there it was a nice place to live! I really was happy about all the things you do for the kids from the backpack drop to the Easter egg hunt it goes above and beyond what you have to do your awesome!

This is a nice area I used to live here. The newer trailers are really nice.

Im just sharing the details of an experience with the management office today. It does not seem like the corporate office cares since I have not received any calls back concerning my difficulties. The management at West Winds are complete slum lords. When I received my notice that my rent was late for this month I understood that they would add a $75 late fee. This would bring my total to roughly $975 When I went to make my payment today I was told that they could not accept my partial payment of $1000 dollars because they had tacked on an additional $80 for late fees and $350 for attorney dismissal. These are also the same managers who promised that the siding would be installed within the first 30 days of my family moving in, which took them almost 4 months to install. I do have photographic evidence of this well. They also refused to give me proof of why they cant accept a partial payment or why they wont accept payment at all. When I went in to make my payment I was also accosted by the management about a negative review that my family member left. The management was visibly upset about the review and asked that I take it down, citing that they have never been rude to me. Also stating that they cant accept a partial payment is complete garbage since it is not explicitly stated in our lease agreement and we have proof in the ledger that we have made partial payments before. I am severly disappointed in the way this place is run. Especially when you just adding additional fees to people who are just trying to get by. Even with the money in hand to pay for the rent. This is definately not the way to treat your tenants.

The lot fees are astronomical. They are changing to a tent only community. If you own an older trailer(pre1990) you cannot tent it out and of you sell it, you have to remove it from the park. They over charge for everything and there are no visible improvements made.

This place is a getto. The rent is increasing every six months or so. The people who purchased a trailer over a few years ago are being pushed out in favor of overpriced rentals in the range of $900 or more. Do yourself and your family a favor and rent some where else. The reason I dont have my actual name posted is so I dont get harassed. I have been before. The management is a joke . The matinance people are a joke. Run away!

DONT move here!! the people that run this place suck you call them they dont call you back you show up in there business hours and they are not there when you get a bill and it is wrong every month and you have to see them to find out what you owe. And when you pay your bill you told every month that you where late do to them leaving at 3:30 just because they wanted to no no. dont i tell you do not movie here, tell they get new people working here because the 2 a mother and daughter team do crap. we are moving out.!!!!!!!!!
