Nice park for the whole family. Disappointed they dismantled the disc golf trail, though. Used to be a nice walk through the woods.

Just came to visit the disc golf course today, but apparently it doesn’t exist anymore. The last time I came was last year. R.i.p. to the best and most challenging disc golf course.

This park is sort of cool-- but weird. Be careful here. A lot of weird people hang out here sometimes in groups.

Very clean park and playground provided by Mecklenburg County. This park is very well maintained and had multiple usage( playground, fields, and walkways )!

Nice Greenway...you need to ride your bike here!

Very nice park. However, as a female I felt a little uneasy on the backside of the track walking when there was not a lot of walking traffic. I saw several snakes too. It is fun watching the teams play and practice in the fields.

Disc golf is abandoned. Appears to be potential Greenway construction. Nice open park otherwise.

Beautiful place, but I wish people would carry their trash out. And the basketballs.. What the actual hell is up with all of the basketballs left in the woods with all of these bottles. Americans.. Cant keep anything clean

It is a nice quiet place to walk. My son loves that they have swings. The only problem is when grouchy old men who dont like dogs try to tell you that dogs are not allowed on the 1/2 mile cemented trail. In reality that is the only place they are allowed.

The closest park to us. My kids enjoy the playground here and we enjoy the jogging/walking trail.

Beautiful, peaceful, space nestled in the Paw Creek Community. Neighbors walk and jog the 1/2 mile loop and use the fields for soccer. There are also trails and gorgeous woodlands here. I love this park!

Great playground! Shaded picnic tables good bathrooms. Best part is that it is in path of the airport so the kids get great views of plans landing every few minutes! Kids loved it.

This is a great park with a wide open landscape. So its great for throwing frisbee, playing fetch, throwing a football around or a game of flag football. The playground equipment is great, as there is equipment for toddlers all the way up to teens and some adults (might take a couple of wiggles lol). We will be back often... Great park indeed!

These guys loved it and so did I. Great for little ones.

This park is decent, although a bit small. The population in this area is growing and so a larger parking lot and more infrastructure would be wonderful here. Also TOO MUCH overgrown plants make it difficult to navigate the nature trails.

Nice playground for the kids! Clean bathrooms Loved the large rocks and the massive open space. Were also big disc golf fans, so the course through the woods was pretty spectacular!!

Nice playground, paved loop, and disc golf course (which doubles as a really nice nature walk in the woods). They really need to keep a park ranger here, though, for the few people who misbehave so everyone else can consistently feel safe.

Great park. My kids love the play ground. There are hiking trails. Its like a hidden forest right in the city. You can also play Frisbee on the trails as well. Very flat ground its good to ride a bike.

Their off the pavement trails through the woods is AWESOME. Such beautiful views and little benches to sit and reflect. I loved it.

Theres a full playground for kids, a nice walking trail, and open field space for sports. Also, theres a disc golf course.

Me and my boyfriend walked the track which is great, only probably people watching their kids practice sports put their chairs right in the middle

Sad to review as its going away for a long while but this is such a unique disc golf course. Holes 1 and 2 are almost unplayable right now. Cant wait to play this again once its redone!

It was full of people doing different things, and the icy truck was right on time ☆☆☆

I really like this park, its usually quiet and peaceful. There is always a police officer around making it feel safer. It would be nice if it had partial shading over some of the equipment because it does get to hot.

A great park to walk or jog the 1.5 mile trail. It also has a large playground for children of all ages to play on. It has 3 large soccer fields, and a disc golf course. It has heated/air conditioned restrooms, along with a covered picnic area.

My favorite to relax and have a picnic.

Not as nice as some of the other parks on the more wealthy parts of town. However they have a nice probably half mile walking track, a frisbee golf course, and a small playground. Playground equipment isnt great but for a kid its more than adequate.

My God kids love it here there something for everyone even the dog

I have been looking for a good afternoon playground for my kids and this is it! The Tuckaseegee Rec Center that is fairly close to here has nothing on this place if your kids are under 12. This park has a nice playground that is buffered from the street (unlike the rec center). It was well mulched and very clean. We didnt notice any elements of concern at all (including people). I wont be driving all the way to Gastonia for a park any more! There is a walking trail as well.

I tell u, comin from the city one thing I can say is NC boasts some of the most beautiful, cleanest large parks! They are truly gems! Very welcoming! Well lit! Friendly citizens! Playground is wonderful for your preschoolers! I liked the walking trail also! Restrooms reasonbly clean! Has a trail thru the surrounding woods for those who are adventurous....! Initial visit on a Friday afternoon was impressive; didnt notice any bufoonery or anything that would make one leery of visiting! Come explore 4 urself!
