I implore you to truly rethink even considering this park for a place to live. The mobile homes are sub-standard and would not pass a housing inspection be it for a mortgage or as a rental property. The homes are repaired by people that do not have contractors licenses or insurance.The children in this park have no manners. People damage other peoples property and the park management will not enforce rules, unless they are trying to evict you.Drug dealers live in the park and management is aware of it. Several break ins have been a main concern lately.The main manager Debbie of the park will actually scream and cuss at homeowners when she gets mad at them. She feels the people that live in the park are below her.Though you sign a purchase agreement to purchase the mobile home, they still treat you as if you were a renter. You are promised that if anything goes wrong within the first 90 days of purchase that repairs will be done, but they are not done properly. When you complain that it is still an issue you are told the home was purchased as is.

The view of the drunk grounds keeper passed out in mid grunt on a broken flower pot was the most interesting part of the tour.

This place was the best I had the time of my life and the best summer their too it was awesome I wish I could go back

Work and live here, 8 years and counting. All is well, never any major crime issues.
