I would give negative stars if I could. The property manager is super sweet as well as the maintenance technician. However, the folks that oversee the park are nefarious and crooked to say the least. I would highly recommend other rental options even if it means paying an extra $200 per month. By all means necessary DO NOT purchase a home in this mobile home park. You are better off putting $15k in a pile and lighting it on fire.The property managers name is Star Management. Just look into their past with a quick Google search and you will discover what I am referring to. They are impossible to get a hold of and they will work to steal your money.Run away from this option.

Nice place

Ive drove thru this Development to see if its desirable to live in. Seems relatively peaceful, older units, grounds could be kept better. Spoke with a friend who likes it here. Visited the onsite community store and laundromat, very clean, however, seems to be heavy on certain cultural products! Called to get information regarding renting a unit, the lady on the phone was somewhat rude when I asked a few questions. Found out the property management has changed to out of town management in California! Good luck!

Love the Quiet!!! Peaceful!!! For the charlotte/concord area it is affordable and safe. Very clean, on site store and laundry makes it also convenient. Quick maintenance for large and small situations. Five Stars allllllll around.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! JUST CALLED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS RUSHING ME AND CUTTING ME OFF!!! UNACCEPTABLE!! I WONDER HOW THE TENANTS ARE TREATED!!
