When it rains the creek floods and the water sometimes rises to your front door, I kno 2 people who didnt move there cars and the flood totalled there cars happened to one lady 2x, Trash and trash cans float all around and the underpinnings usually float away too, leaving the trailers looking real raggedy. No insurance company will offer flood insurance either, and Arrowrood dont pay for damages either, I can say that the Maintenance team works quickly with getting the trash up and fixing the underpinning.

Very Clean, no trash. No felons living here. Police station within a mile. Crime rate almost zero. Ive been living here for almost 23 years.

Outstanding place to live. Very clean and well kept thanks to management and many professional employees both in the office and in the “field”. Maintenance trucks constantly keep things clean, painted, repairing things in the homes or on the grounds. I have lived n 3 different mobile home parks and this is by far the best. It is also very quiet, no crime, pretty area with trees and green grass fields for kids to play in or for walking. I’ve called for repairs and within an hour it was fixed. If I’m not home the office accepts packages for you. The car bumps in the park are designed to protect children and those walking ...is that so bad?Highly recommend. FIVE STARS. I’d give more if possible.

Way Too Many road humps, There is not enough parking when I am visiting, There is no bulk trash item place obviously because its all over the place or the maintenance is too lasy but its a quiet place even at night.

Thieves.................I never had to pull a race card on anybody. But... Even though there are some blacks that live here. All white Staff that I have seen. This place apparently doesnt welcome to many blacks even if they can afford it. Ive called for days, weeks, months and months only to hear, We wont have anything for available until 3 to 4 weeks. So... I decided to go back in person. They knew exactly who I was... What a surprise!!! There are about 3 to 4 units available to move in. I did my application,... Well over qualified, income wise... I was told that it takes 24 hours to process. I was called backed.... Seemed like 24 Minutes to hear, Sorry but, your application wasnt approved. In other words--- We have decided to screw you over for a $70 non-refundable application fee, after being previously pre-approved months ago.Thanks!!!
