Sabrina at the front desk is always so helpful with any needs. She is always on top of things, always planning events and such to make the community better. Lived here for about 5 years now and she is one of the best.Thanks for providing a safe place to live!Quiet neighborhood where everyone keeps to themselves with friendly neighbors. Definitely lucky to find this hidden jewel a while back.

I was very hesitant about moving in to a trailer park, but my girlfriend has lived there for 5 years, so I went and moved in anyways. It actually wasnt bad at all. It wasnt like the stereotypical red neck trailer park you see on TV. It is quiet (you may need to tune out the train now and then and the loud cars at the shop next door), clean, and taken care of. I should mention that we rented a trailer, rather than owning one.The Good: Maintenance is very nice and took care of any issues right away. (they came out on their day off to look at my A/C and had it replaced within 2 days!). The neighbors are respectful and friendly, and Ive never had a major issue with crime (although Ive seen an occasional hand print on my car from window shoppers). The police patrol it regularly, lawn is taken care of regularly, and the place was updated (as far as a trailer can be). There were bugs, but hey, this is the south. I lived in a $350,000 condo before this and there were the same amount of bugs! Rent was insanely low. I would highly recommend Killian to anyone who can overlook the stigma of living in a trailer park.The Bad: The performance car shop next door has LOUD cars coming through regularly. The train can be annoying at times as well. There wasnt a dishwasher in our unit (which was annoying) but we did have w/d hookups. I wish the area was better lit at night too. The mailboxes are way in the front, so if you live in the back, be ready to drive to get your mail.Overall I would recommend moving here. The only reason we left was to take a job out of state.

Killian Mobile Home Park are great for renting the people there are nice and considerate but the only bad thing about them is that, you must pay cash in order to pay your rent. I have never in my life heard that before. The bedrooms are small and some are filled with a lot of bugs and fruit flies. Its quiet but if I were you Id take a good look before I choose to rent here! TRUST ME!

Used to be a nice place to live, was sold, now called Charlotte Hills Mobile Home Park, in just 6 months has completely changed, they dont mow or clean, Duke power cut the trees 4 months ago, trash still lying around from that, barbed wire just lying on the groundOh, and this is after they raised the rent, and now they are trying to violate you on nothing so they can hit you with a $150 fineAnd it seems theres no way to complain about the manager, except to the manager, how very convenientDO NOT RENT HERE, IT WONT BE LONG BEFORE THIS ONE IS JUST LIKE THE ONE ON ORR ROAD

I lived with my grandfather for 7 years with Killian mobile home park and never had a problem but ever since the new owners came in i moved and they have raised the rent 3 time in the last 7 month and gave my grandfather violation that he couldnt do anything​about.

My family has lived here for 20 years. I hope to be here another 20 years its quite and the park stays clean. Its a friendly. Its mix with young and elderly folks who are both nice

Ever since Charlotte Hills bought the place it is mice, roach and other vermin infested. Our leases clearly say that all maintenance including leaf removal, snow and ice removal gutter cleaning and tree limb removal is solely the responsibility of the owers and they have done nothing but raise the rent and try and fine us for things they are responsible for. This is the worst managed park in Charlotte.

Has no compaion for the ekderly and disabled. Will fabricate untruths to have them evicted. This past summer one of the workers stormed in the home I own ran past me into a room where my daughter was hanging up my clothes closed the door trying to persuade her to have relations. Few momenents later he ran out of the house not realizing she was armed. She was lucky. I wonder if someone else was not so lucky

Since management changed from Killian to Charlotte Hills they have raised the rent twice and they do not respond to you in the timeframe they provide. I moved from here and still have not received my final bill or deposit back and I have called them numerous times asking about it!

Cheap mobile homes for rent

I like living here, its been a year already and iam happy. My Kidz got there own little yard they can play in without having to worry about other Kidz messing with them like the apartments and iam not throwing my money away because I am renting to own so at the end of the day this is my home. I think this is the best way to start having ur own home and space. Low rent also and nice neighbors around, Emely and Jessica are nice they help me with any problems I could have I couldnt be any happier.

Invested with roaches and wont do a thing about it. had to pay for our own bug guy and they couldnt get rid of them.
