The small store Golf Galaxy on Providence Road always provides great and knowledgeable service. This is true whether you are seeking clubs, balls, clothing or golf equipment. They know and greet their regulars always.

I went in for a Driver fitting and Mr. Lee was jam up! We spent around 2 hours finding the right head and shaft combo for me. I couldnt be happier! He even turned my fade into a draw. Also I did a putter fitting at another location and wasnt satisfied even though I bought a putter from that location. After my driver fitting Mr. Lee worked with me on a putter fitting with all the gadgets free of charge. He even gave me several tips on Irons. All in all I definitely recommend this store over others and ask for Mr. Lee if youre going to do a club fitting.

Its ok. People are nice but theyre available for the golf club business more than the apparel side. Stock levels are always a challenge. Usually have to order online.

This is not the only Golf Galaxy to do this but it is just too much. The expensive putters are locked up and they just stand there watching you if they unlock it. Very uncomfortable. Also, driver heads are alarmed to shafts and one went off when I picked it up. Two people on me immediately. They said people take off heads and steal them. Again, very uncomfortable. I left. If they have people stealing merchandise, there needs to be a much better system of customers leaving the store. I want complete freedom in any store and not feel like I am being watched and considered a criminal. Not coming back.

I really had a good experience here demoing several 3 woods on the simulator. The guy helping me was very patient and kept swapping shafts and heads. He even let me bring in my current 3 wood to make a comparison which was very helpful. Very cool place. Thank You

40 minutes in store and not 1 person asked if I wanted any help or said hello. Was in to buy shirt, balls, shoes and maybe even some used clubs for new season. So I left. Good selection, if you dont need help.

Went to golf galaxy to buy a set of iron, after several attempt to get a salesman to assist me I gave up. I would rather make my purchase from a local store but I guess in this case the internet will have to do.

Two stars only because they actually have Trackman in the hitting bays which is pretty cool. Otherwise - baaaaad experience. I stopped in fully intending to spend significant dollars on a set if irons. Nobody greeted me, and after looking around by myself for a while I asked if I could hit a couple shots in the hitting bay. I was given a very gruff OK, but again with no offer of help or to ask why I was there. Each time I was in the bay, after only one or two shots, a salesperson would say sir, are you going to be much longer? We (gesturing to customer) would like to use this. Seriously?! After the third time of that I gave up and walked out. The funny thing is that these two other guys were using one of the Trackman hitting bays for probably 15 minutes straight and nobody ever chased them away...and judging by their conversation they were not there to spend any money. Ill be ordering my clubs online.

Stopped by in what seemed to be a slow time but couldn’t get any attention or assistance at all. Selection was slim compared to other sites I’ve visited over the past year. The only attention I received was a greeting and farewell from the cashier. I’m not spending my money here because it would just reward their poor service.

I miss Blane and his staff at the Edwin Watts store that was in Concord. This store is just like any other golf store you see nowadays. A good selection of clubs for the weekend golfers like myself. But thats about it. Thanks to companies like Acushnet (aka Titleist) and their rigid low margin pricing structures, small chain golf shops like Golf USA and Edwin Watts have been ran out of business. Yet, here I am buying Titleist clubs and balls....Que Sera Sera

I have been in this store on numerous occasions and yet to be even greeted. Today I was in and was one of only 2 customers in the store. No one asked if I needed any help or if I I had any questions. Very poor customer interaction.

Over the course of many years, I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars in this store. However, I do not expect that I will ever be back. The inventory and selection is not bad, but the service has declined to the point that its insulting. I went in fully prepared to buy a $500 driver. After 15 minutes of being ignored by the player assistant as I tried to get a demo club to hit, I finally went to the cashier and asked if anybody else was working in the club department. She called for help on the radio. After 10 more minutes of being ignored, I left...for the final time. Unless you just need something that doesnt require assistance like golf balls or you have time to burn and dont mind being ignored, you should probably go somewhere else.

I arrived as soon as they opened and the PGA professional greeted me first thing and re-gripped my 3 wood, Fairway wood and putter. He was professional and had a warm confident personality. Youll find whatever you need here. Whether youre getting fitted or just want to hit some clubs, this Golf Galaxy is what you need.

My go-to golf store. I have talked with all of the employees and they are always very helpful. If you need assistance just ask the front desk or in the back at the club repair and they can connect you with an expert. Handicap 7.6.

Super store! The professionals know what theyre doing over there from complex club fitting to standard off the rack clubs. Prices are great and the customer service is awesome too. Will highly recommend them to my friends.

With the exception of one older gentleman, the staff (all three others I talked to) had a chip on their should. If youre new to golf, I wouldnt recommend this place; theyll treat you like youre an inexperienced golfer who has no business trying to play the game
