Probably the best maintained public course in Charlotte. The greens seem to be well kepted. There is a variety of course play as well as interesting features to make the course look good. Overall the staff seems to be doing a good job of keeping this course up. Its not on par with many of the private courses in Charlotte but for a public course here its not bad.

CT Myers is in maybe the best shape that its been in 15 years. Tees, fairways and bunkers are in great shape, and the greens are phenomenal. Perfect course for all skill levels as the fairways are wide and there arent many trees.

Public golf course with everything from a driving range, putting green, learning center, a short course, and 18 holes built above an old land fill.

Really liked the course, very fair and had some interesting layouts with lots of variation. Only thing that was a bummer was paying $10 more for my own cart during COVID since they didnt have cart separators.

Let me start by saying that I have played this course many times in the past and it has been for the most part a good experience.Its a nice course for the money!Unfortunately today was not good. We had a 4:00 tee time. The kid working the pro desk was clearly allowing walk ons without a tee time even though the course and tee sheet were full at that time.Sending everyone off the back which was fine but when we pulled around to the tee box there were 4 groups in front of us. Not sure how this happens (even on a busy day). 3 more groups quickly pilled up behind us. We didnt bother waiting to tee off. Returned to the clubhouse to ask for a refund. To be fair we were issued rainchecks.

Course is in great shape for the price. Would give 5 stars but had bad experience with rude clubhouse staff member.

Nice golf course ,but website sucks. all i ask is the cost for seniors on thursday and friday. i under stand about senior perks,but what is the cost. 25 and 30dollars. maybe the website is broke.

I found this course beautiful with a fun hole layout. Lot of nature, wildlife, etc. Great value for the weekday price. Somewhat of a trip though from Dilworth/southend/uptown.

Hard to judge the course this early in the year after all this rain this spring but greens rolled really well. Rough is forgiving, course is fair but can be punishing if youre spraying it. All in all though, James and the staff enjoy growing the game of golf, we will make sure to visit the course again next time we are in town.

Pros: staff was friendly, course is clearly marked & easy to locate holes, nice greens, big driving range & you have plenty of nice grass to hit offcons: $29.50 to walk 18 seems about $10 too high for a course of this caliber, handful of the fairways are struggling

Big fairways.. rough is very forgiving.. greens are good..though some greens had patches of worn out grasses... went there in afternoon.. hardly any crowd.. could finish my single ball game in less than 4 hrs..I also rented the clubs which, as you would expect, in bad shape

Normally this is my go to place during the week to play, it is close to home and usually in pretty good shape. But the last 2 times I have played there in the last 3-4 weeks the greens are HORRIBLE and not only are they HORRIBLE they charge you full price to play on greens that are in some of the worse shape Ive seen at any course in Charlotte NC. Even though I only live 5 min from this course I will not be going back EVER. For the owner and management to charge full price for this is outrageous. Was so disappointed I stopped playing at the end of 9 holes, didnt even ask for a refund or rain check.

Ive golfed at Charles T. Meyer about 10 times in the past 6 months and they have completely renovated the fairways and greens. They are full of lush grass and very clean greens. The service here is always excellent and very helpful. They offer very good rates better than most of the other courses in the area. I highly encourage you to take your talents to Charles T. Meyer.

Did a Hell of a job on the greens and tee boxes. It’s definitely a much improved course.

Went on a Thursday with no knowledge that there was a league playing. The guy in the pro shop was very rude and failed to mention we had to start at number 10 today right behind the league, but still charged me for 18 holes. This was at 5 in the afternoon so there was obviously no way we could play 18. He would not issue me a refund for 18 and let me pay for 9 even though he didn’t give me the information I needed.

James is a great guy and really knowledgeable. But the golf course is expensive on the weekends for the condition it is in. Front desk attendant is rude when I came Sunday night even though Im a member here (older white guy, recently hired). The practice green is in rough condition. They close before it gets completely dark as well. Dr. Charles L Siffords course is nicer to play 9 holes on in my opinion.

I have played this course twice (today being the 2nd time) since they have opened back up after the so called upgrades. The sand bunkers are unfinished (No Sand) the fringes on the greens have nappy grass around them. The only positive thing I have to say about the course is that the tee boxes are in good shape. Management needs to do a better job with setting the tee times. My group did not tee off until 28 mins after our tee time today. The previous round before today we played all 18 and the round was 5 hours because of the crowded course. There need to be at least 10 mins in between tee times. CT Myers is trying to squeeze serveral groups during tee times in the AM to make money back from when they were closed. That is not a way to have people enjoy your course especially when you charge 50 bucks for 18 holes. Will never go back or refer people to play this course.

Fair price for a very nice course! ! Well kept grounds, clean, very friendly staff. Yes, it is not a PGA course so do not expect that. However do expect to have a great time if thats what you are looking to do.

A friend and I played a couple weeks ago and the golf course was a lot of fun. The bent grass greens were holding up considering it was 100* outside in July. For the price its one of the best deals in town.

The condition of the course and our experience will leave us never coming back. The tee-boxes were in horrible condition and the goose poop was excessive. We were shot at by the group behind us even though we were playing to pace behind the group in front of us. The individuals behind us identified themselves as working at the course and were rude telling us we were holding up the pace of the game. You would expect employees of the course to be more respectful and understand pace when at the mercy of the group in front of you. Again, it was an uncomfortable experience that reflects poorly upon the course as a whole, even though the clubhouse employees were kind.

Went around 7pm after I got off work, the website says they close at 8, walked in and they were the absolute rudest people I have ever met, I advise never coming after you get off of work because they have the worst customer service, and some of the laziest workers. An exception goes out to the black gentleman with the mustache (One of the best guys Ive ever met)

Very fun course. A bit expensive on the weekends for a public course, getting around some private (much better) course fees. I will play this course again soon.

Course was sort of good, costumer service was not as helpful with information. Course was messy with trash, the price to play was wasnt a fairly good price but they need to clean up the courses better!!

Complete goat pasture. Reward for 300 yd drive....dirt and rocks. Waste of money and time. Not worth $1 to play.

The staff, James especially really takes care of the golfers. The entire staff goes above and beyond.
