Great and fun place. Very affordable

Been here quite a few times with my tot. The place place is always super clean. And I mean both the floors and the inflatables. Also the inflatables are very well kept. Always in great condition. No cracks or slits or duct tape holding pieces together (ahem Monkey Joes).The staff is always very friendly and always engages with the kids. I have fun when we visit but man those inflatables are a workout (lol). Sometimes we come and there are balloons all over the floor and in the inflatables. This takes the fun to a whole new level.Two thumbs way up to management and staff for the great job they are doing with this place!

My kids and family really had a good time here, from ages 2 to 24 everybody had fun

I brought my 2.5 year old granddaughter to the Preschool playdate today and we both loved it. The equipment was in good shape, the place was clean and the owner was very attentive to making sure all the kids had fun and were safe. I loved having a time that was age appropriate for the granddaughter.

My favorite place for birthday parties! They give you and your guests private rooms to have fun and the upkeep is amazing. Very clean and staff is also very pleasant!

Good place to take the kids when the weather doesnt permit outside time. If there are enough kids, easy to spend a couple of hours. Do eat something beforehand (and, like swimming, give it time) as they only have water and a few snacks.

We went for a party, My child got stuck between two bouncy in the big drop, and she was extremely scared and upset later. They should make sure that there are no narrow spaces between which kids or adults even can get stuck. Will never recommend this place.

I absolutely LOVE this place! My daughter loves parents night out and it gives us a date night without finding a babysitter plus they feed her. We did her 5th Birthday party here and EVERYONE including the adults had a GREAT time!

Went to the Preschool Playdate. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Two rooms full of big inflatables. My son is a little small for some equipment but he had a blast anyway.My only complaint was that some of the equipment was in rough shape, but it looked like they are making efforts to patch them up.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The length of the party was good, not too long or too short, and the children had a lot of fun. Bounce U of Matthews is easy to get to and has a good amount of parking spaces.

I like the hours and the fact that it has camps available when school is out. very convenient. However, my child has complained that the staff is mean at yells at the kids. The times that Ive dropped him off, the staff is never smiling or greets the kids in a friendly manner. They look lifeless, bored and like theyd rather be doing something else. My child even said one of the staff members used a racial epithet at him during camp.

What a wonderful place for a childs birthday party. The staff handled everything. The children had a blast and there were plenty of places for parents and grandparents to sit. I highly recommend this place.

Our first time going! We went to the toddler play time! There are 2 bounce rooms they rotate between both every 30 minutes! There is a girl who works there her name is Clark and she played and interacted with the kids! She went above and beyond! Then to top it off the kids get juice and animal crackers after playing! It was amazing! We will be back!

We just had our sons 4th birthday party here today and it was an excellent experience. The staff was courteous and helpful, pricing was reasonable, and the kids (and adults) had a wonderful time. You get a room full of bounce houses to yourself which means you dont have to worry about children being separated from the group. The different bounce house offerings ensure there is something for everyone, even the adults joined in. Definitely put this one on the short list of places to host birthday parties.

I adored this place. The glow party was amazing.....black lights huge jumps and obstacle courses were absolutely great.....kept the kids busy....its a great place for family fun

This is my second time here for OPEN BOUNCE (12-2pm). It was packed too full of kids (the staff called it max capacity which I guess follows the fire code, but trust me, it wasnt a number that reflects enjoyment) and each bouncy attraction was not supervised appropriately. Instead of the smart thing, which would be to open both rooms to alleviate the line ups and pushy kids, they kept the large group penned in one room at a time, switching every 30 minutes for the full 2 hours. Maybe its the poorly behaved kids that dont believe in waiting their turn or being careful around younger kids, maybe its the lack of supervision from parents, or maybe its Bounce U that hasnt planned this out right. Either way, I doubt that I will be returning.

My son goes to the both the art and tech camps. This is his favorite camp and attends several weeks through the summer and during school break. There is nothing better for a healthy mix of vigirous activity and STEAM learning. He asks to go every morning!

Parents beware. Dropped my children off for parents night out and will never do it again. The staff screamed at the children and told them to shut up. If you are looking for a safe and nurturing place to let your children play for a couple hours this is NOT the place. I hope no other children have to be subjected to this type of care.

Had Babys 1st birthday party here and was greatly disappointed! Staff was very rude, had us set up late then wanted us to leave earlier so they could leave. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!

Great place to keep up with your young ones while they have fun. I have twin brothers that love bouncing around, they are always asking to go to BounceU. The staff are great and a very safe enviornment.

Not that impressed. We have gone here twice for parties. Place is expensive, not well organized and time to play is short. We probably wont be back unless invited to a party. Not worth the money

I brought my child to this location for the first time and the entire experience was horrible. The staff was dismissive toward the children and were all in a world of their own. At the end of the night, my child stated that she never wanted to come back here, shed prefer the other one. Apparently, the staff limited them on pizza and drinks (These things are a part of parents night out.); Instead of letting the children chose the movie entertainment, they decided on something they preferred; and there was an overall a lack of supervision. I will not be coming back.

Easy Peasy! Fun & Fast

My family had the absolute worst experience with the manager and owner of BounceU. I was charged for an additional child and when I brought it to the managers attention (at the end of the party when I went to pay) she made a scene at the register. She screamed loudly for an extended period of time in front of all of the children and guests. She was jumping around and yelling that she wont get in trouble again. It was shocking and humiliating for my family. We were celebrating my sons birthday and she scared the children with her behavior. She threatened to call the police if we didnt pay (for something we didnt do). She refused to review the surveillance tapes too. She showed me a list of the kids and she had listed my son twice. I pointed out that was the problem and she still refused to adjust the count. She stormed out of the building, still screaming, and another worker followed her out. After an extended period of time, the other worker returned with the owner on the phone. The manager never returned. The owner never apologized. He said that we were being inappropriate to the manager and said he would watch the tapes and get back to us. It took 5 days for him to call and when he did call us, he just insulted me and my husband, and blamed us for the situation. I will never return and urge parents to spend their money elsewhere.

I would have given BounceU 1 or no stars if my previous experience had not been positive.I had a party here 2 yrs.ago and the staff were excellent. The party ran very smoothly and it was a great amount of time for my 3 yr olds birthday then. At that time 2 yrs ago on a Sat., I did not notice the location as being filthy dirty.I will NOT come here again unless invited to a party. We came for a Monday 2 hr open bounce.***The location is filthy and hazardous. ***There were no employees in the room during Monday open bounce. Trashbins are overflowing; no soap in bathroom; no hand sanitizer in machine; trash is all over bounce rooms including trash that could easily be swallowed by small children; bathroom has not been cleaned anytime recently; major safety hazards with easy access to power cables, broken picnic table, and uninflated toys, etc. behind inflatables floors clearly not mopped any time recebtly; etc.When I asked for soap in bathroom, the person at desk just started at me and did not say anything for an awkward amount of time.I repeated myself to another employee that had checked us in, and she did get soap for the bathroom. When they first opened it was fabulous. Staff was awesome. I hadnt been in awhile, but went this weekend and was quite disappointed. Staff was working just barely fulfilling their duties, they didnt interact with the kids at all, and typically that would be fine because I would play with my own kids (something my kids LOVED about bounce u) but this time they had signs everywhere saying no parents on inflatables. My youngest son kept saying, come on mommy, come on cause thats what he was used to. Its hard to explain such a drastic rule change to a 5 year old. It changes the ENTIRE experience.

We have been there for many birthday parties. The service depends on the chaperone you get. the equipment seems clean and new and the party rooms are clean. Parking can be a hassle though. They will collect your information and send you regular offer emails

The bounce houses are great also the neon lights, however they could do better with the pizzas and drinks and add TVS a day videos & games

Attended a birthday party Saturday morning, ours was the first event of the day. The floors were incredibly dirty and looked like they hadnt been cleaned all week. When I took my son to use the bathroom in the bouncing area, the floor was disgusting and the trash was full (reminder: we were the first event of the day). The water turned on all the way barely came out at a trickle, making handwashing difficult. The paper towel dispenser was out of paper towels, so I went to tell one of the employees. His response was yeah, its been out of commission for a long time, how many do you need? In a way that gave me the impression there was no effort being made to fix it. In the party room, I could not walk anywhere without my shoes sticking to the floor, so it obviously hadnt been cleaned in a while, either. Altogether the lack of cleanliness was appalling and unacceptable. Whoever owns this location clearly does not care too much.

Birthday party today for my 6 yr old grandson. I brought balloons and was told to take them into the party room I had to pay themfor my balloons,,, had to pay for each balloon. When I asked for an exception since I had not been told not to bring balloons I was told no. Asked fo4 the manager. She said must pay for my own balloonn so Had to pay. I thought that was bad service the parties are very expensive and to squeeze out an undeserved extra $20, doesn’t seem worth the bad will toward Bounce U it created.A problem: Both bathrooms in one of the play rooms were out of order so children who needed a restroom had to leave the playroom and go to the lobby. I am definitely not a fan of bounce U. One good word the folks assigned to the party were pleasant and helpful.

I didnt like the fact that during open play you cant play with your child. Thats the only reason i liked this place before. Because when we went for birthdays we can play with the kids. But when i took him on my own. I couldnt play with him.

Cant believe how far this place has fallen - we used to love coming here. Went early Saturday for a Turbo Bounce. The place was filthy from the night before. My kids and I were picking up trash and popped balloons just so they could get around without stepping on things. NONE of the ladies bathrooms were working - four stalls in the main bathroom and in the bounce house room were out. Place clearly had not seen a vacuum in weeks - theres just no way. This stinks because we like the bounce houses here more than the one in Huntersville but I think we will be going there from now on instead.

Great place to take kids for a great workout before nap or bedtime . Ample parking , easy to get to, friendly staff , and clean facilities.

I have been coming here for nearly 3 years now. It started off great, my kids couldnt get enough of the place and I couldnt get enough of the staff and environment. However nowadays the place has completely lost its mojo. Ever since early 2017 I have witnessed a decline in the quality of service and the effort put into delivering a great experience. The management has changed and I thought they would be able to get together by now but it has only gotten worse. The old manager Zee always went above and beyond to exceed expectations. I barely remember a time walking in there and not seeing or the other manager on duty (forgot her name but she was tall with glasses and a very sweet person). Ive had my last 3 birthday parties here and the time is approaching again. However with experiences I have had while attending a few parties this past year, I have made the choice to not repeat a party this year. I have emailed the owner several times but he never replies. Even the staff tells me he probably wont reply. So I know he does not care and the business shows that completely now. Also one last side note which is totally disgusting to know; a staff member informed me that the owner Scott Hamilton does not require background checks or drug tests at time of hiring. That is just awful to know that one of your employees could be a sex offender watching over our kids!!!!! I wish things could go back to how they were because I had a lot of faith in this place. You have lost years of loyalty in less than 6 months. That is truly a shame.

We had a wonderful experience tonight at BounceU in Matthews for our sons 6th birthday. What made it especially great was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I have seen some bad reviews but the staff was very nice and helpful and everything was great so I have nothing but good to say.

As my son and I were walking in for a saturday night play time a staff memeber walked out and yelled damn I hate these kids before realizing we were standing there. Super unproffessional. Wouldnt leave my kids there during drop off at all.

We recently had our son’s birthday party here. First off, our party started almost 10 minutes late and the minutes did not get added to our schedule. We had booked the Moonblaster add-on for the 2nd stadium. When we entered the stadium nothing was prepared, and the balloons from the previous party were not cleaned up. My husband asked where the guns were and one of the employees had to go get them. After about 10 minutes we finally got the moonblaster guns, however, most of the guns didn’t work, and over half the balls were crushed. I had specifically asked when I booked this add-on whether the lights would be turned off (cosmic lighting) and was told yes, however, this was not the case. The lights stayed on and the kids didn’t get glow necklaces. So we paid extra for non-working guns, no cosmic lights for the moonblaster experience, no glow necklaces, and nothing was even ready when we entered. On top of it, while we were in the 2nd stadium, the employees started cleaning up the balloons and lowered the net, making it impossible for the kids to run around the front part of the room for nearly the entire time we were in there. We are very disappointed with our experience, especially considering we spent around $250 for this.

Bounce U is terrible.

I picked up my son from Tech camp today (He was given a box of legos and a battery thingy and no instructions. He said he got his lego to vibrate, but that was it.) and noticed they had ZERO supervision and these were the camp kids, so no parents were there. At first I thought maybe it was how it went, since we were newbies. But then the black lights came on and NOBODY was in there. At least eight kids were running around, not a worker in site. More than 30 minutes went by, a worker came in, shot a basketball and then walked out. My son was in heaven, as well as another kid who was diving head first into the floats!!! Ages 4-10 need SUPERVISION and I can tell you 5 workers were up front, 3 of them were on thier phones and sitting!! I couldnt wait to get my son out of there!! I feel so sorry for kids that stay there all summer!! I hope no serious injuries come from lack of supervision and guidance.

Site says cosmic bounce starts at 4 but I see nowhere it says open bounce on Friday starts at 4. Went there and was turned away and told to come back at 4. Waste of time and gas and will not return nor recommend.

When UPC (Including Me ) Were There, Campers Were Jumping And Jumping And Then Getting Injured And Injured Between 5-12 Including Me Even 2 SLS Got Hurt And 1 went to the Hospital! So I had To Give It 1 star. Reason: People Getting Injured , Could Be Not Safe.

It was ok.... I think it was a bit pricey for the allotted time given.
