I send my son to camp here for 1 week in the summer and on holidays when there is no school. We both like it and I feel good leaving him there. The staff remembers him and I appreciate that! The facility is always clean and well maintained. I just tried their food for the first time and it was very good!

A little bit of something for everybody! My children enjoyed this place. They usually go to Chuck E. Cheese, but since this place is much closer and they give a SC Kids Club Connection package its great to start off. My twins had so much fun in the different bouncy houses they have and the games.

This place is fun for kids and adults alike. I bowled and played laser tag. It can get pricey if you do multiple things but overall a good experience.

Went to a friends birthday party all the staff was very helpful the place is actually cleaner than I expected. Lots of stuff for the kids to do to keep them happy as long as you have the money to continue to feed the machines or to buy more points for the cards lol but that is what they are like.

It is a cool place that the kids loved. The pricing is kind of nickel & dime you to death style or confusing packages. I guess if you figure that part out it wouldnt be too bad.

We always love coming here. My son loves the bouncy houses and video games. I like that we can grab lunch or dinner and there are plenty of places to relax while interacting and keeping an eye on your kids. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have many options for kids and adults there from bowling, to billiards, laser tag, rock climbing and much more.

Had our kids 6th birthday party here with 25 (!) kids. Everyone had a great time on the inflatables and the arcade. Color coded wrist bands helped when rounding up all of the kids to move from one location to another.Party hosts were amazing. They took care of serving the pizza and drinks. We didnt have to do any cleanup!Overall, Id highly recommend Sports Connection for anyone looking for a fun birthday party.

This is a really fun place for kids!!! I brought my 3 year old back a second time today to enjoy the arcade and inflatables. This time around, it was jam packed with much older kids jumping and running. Being super pregnant and having a ridiculously wild, active boy, I shouldve had some personal backup like a friend or something.With that said, 2 employees saw I was having a hard time getting my little dude under control because he loves being around all kids of all sizes and gets upset if I pull him away. These two young people volunteered to help watch him while I ran to go pay for the jump houses (hoping he would go to the smaller inflatables that is more for his age..yea he wouldnt do it lol)When it got a little too wild with the older kids having a good time, the male worker volunteered to go and grab my son out of the jump house so we could get back to the arcade where it was a little safer for him.That was really over and beyond what I expected of these young people that work here. I didnt catch your names but thank you so much for helping this mama out. I literally had to grab him in the football position and march out the best I could with my large belly because he threw a tantrum so bad. Poor kid didnt wanna leave but well be back again..with backup of course.So parents, if you got a young toddler and youre looking for something new, this is it but youre kid might not want to leave and will SHOW out! Great place! ;)

Good service but a bit dirty

Had a blast. First time here. My husband and I took our 7 year old son for his birthday! Nice atmosphere. We will be visiting again!

It was my first time but I definitely had a great time especially the 3D. Id go back just to shiiii that again. I think my heart stopped beating 30 times doing the Carnival.

It was ok. The unlimited games pass costs $40.00 (rounded) and allows you to play many games -not all of them-. Whats bad about it is you can only get 200 tickets from it (trust me, thats a low amount). Overall, really fun, attractions and arcade games are pretty good and in good condition.

This place is great bc there is so much for kids to do, however it is ridiculous expensive and very confusing about anything you purchase in a combo. You pay waaaaay more than you should. There are so many underlying things not told to you at purchase. Such as we paid $50 for 2 cards that included 1 hour of arcade games but there are only certain games included and you dont get the points to redeem any extra tickets earned playing the games and some of the games count as theater pass. Its too much to comprehend, keep tabs on and worry about when kids are running everywhere playing. Half of the arcade games didnt work and you couldnt play any merchandise games. Basically spent $75 for pizza and 1 hour of arcade games.

My boys declared the laser tag the best 30 min of their summer. Great facility, lots of options. Package pricing is definitely the way to go. They have beer too, something for everyone!

Its great for kids to have fun, the only thing I didnt like its that the water to refill your bottle tastes a lot like chlorine, and kids drinks that, so if you go, take your own water

We had my kid birthday on august 19th here. Great place . Party rooms are very small and very hot in summers. I had 16 kids and got party room 1 which i felt is small and very hot. Laser ta and arcade games are good. Kids enjoyed them.

It was my first visit to sports connection and I should say Im lost in gaming there. Arcade games were so fun. They were affordable as well.

We always take my 4yr old daughter here for the bounce houses. On a weekend it can be busy with older (10-14 yr) kids but the weekdays are usually quiet. This is a great rainy day or winter activity!

Great place the only reason for the missing on star... I was concerned about safety, I was nervous about letting my kids roam free... At least have a stamp system to ensure a predator isnt taking kids out of the place...

This place was awesome. Everywhere else in charlotte is closed during the week but not here. Plus, since today is wednesday it was virtually empty. We were the only ones there for about an hour. Staff was extremely friendly so they just said free reign and no waiting for anything. Had a good deal going on too. 3 hours unlimited everything (games, bowling, laser tag, rock wall) for $40. Better believe we stayed the entire 3 hours.

It was very fun but there where some technical problems with the bowling pin area but over all it was fun

So expensive! The games are old, worn and some dont work so you have to look for an employee to recharge your card. The games dont give you any time either to play, under 30 seconds at best. My grandson played one where he literally got to press the button ONCE and since he didnt make it through the traffic ( thats the goal) that was the end of the game....10 seconds, $1.00 off the card.Go to Chuck E Cheese, at least there its on a per hour for unlimited games, not on a per person basis! Wont be back!

My son had a Fantastic Birthday Party with a ton of Family and Friends. I forget our Cake cutter and servers name but she was Fantastic also.

Laser tag. Bowling. Arcades. They even have a LAN room for League of Legends, Apex and other games.Food was pretty good. Usual fare for this kind of place. The customer service was on point.Tons to do, not much to dislike. Great for large groups and get togethers!

Whomever made the ignorant decision about channel packages needs to be fired. A place called the SPORTS CONNECTION has zero excuse for not having a basic channel to show an NFL game. Should be called the rookie connection...I left the kids birthday party and took my money to a sports bar.

The Bowling Alley System hear is really good, and it was really fun for me and my family. Other than that the Arcade is a good time for kids to waste time and have fun, but the Laser Tag is far to overpriced based on other places.

Very nice complex for activities with children and adults. All the way from bounce houses to high ropes course indoors. They also have a bowling alley and climbing wall along with the standard fare of video games and such. Easy to get to with lots of parking available .

Hidden gem in Ballantyne! Went for a birthday party and the employees were all smiles as we walked in - super nice. The environment is very clean. There is lots to do for the kiddos. From bouncy houses, bumper cars, bowling, arcade, and laser tag. There is fun for all age groups. Will definitely be back since we are around the corner.

Great. We went for a 9 year old girls birthday party and Cub scouts. Pricy like so many other party places but the kids really loved it and it kept them going the whole time.

This place is luxurious. I dont have a membership, but my step-daughter does. It looks really awesome. They have an indoor pool and I think its he did and all kinds of exercise equipment.

Perfectly designed sport recreation center! Extremely family-friendly, no matter the age really, and is a great indoor place to enjoy numerous activities. Almost every activity requires some sort of physical engagement in order to participate--unless you opt for sitting at a table as opposed to joining in the fun fully. From intense bowling to extreme rock-wall climbing to balance ropes, theres surely something youll enjoy, whether in a group or individually. Not to mention, there is a variety of fun-packed arcade games, sure to keep everyone thrilled. And, of course, you cant have all of these amazingly, fun-filled activities without including some beverages, food, and snacks. Choices for all ages, too! So, feel like an adult beverage and an appetizer? Go ahead, order it; for instance, you can enjoy your beer and wings (whatever you want age appropriate adult), or soda and pizza for the kiddos. Out group enjoys our visits to this Sports Connection, and were always looking forward to our next gathering here.

My granddaughter had a birthday party there and the place seemed kind of nice but no real deep discount purchases large volume tokens and frankly they need to do it because the place is empty the part of a fun place is seeing people around having fun not walking in on Dead space oh well thats my two cents Im retired so I definitely need the discount some of the employees need drug tested

Hosted a birthday party for my son and co-host assigned to us was very uncooperative, no proper communication was given to us about the time we can spent in the assigned room. It was full of chaos as they give you only 15 minutes for cake cutting and another 15 minutes to finish the served food. We had 40 guest and it was impossible to do it in 15 minutes then they asked us to leave the room and go to the cafeteria. It was very inconvenient to ask your guest to take their plates and move to the cafeteria. Very disappointed with the arrangement.

Drink beer while kids are playing, what is not to love? Would love a parents lounge area with comfortable seats that you would work in. Is nice to have wifi as well.

I cant quite give it 5 stars, but a solid 4 star performance for a recent 5 year olds birthday party. Our party hostess was young but did a pretty good job wrangling our large birthday party (18 kids) from place to place and then serving food and cake in the provided room. The facility was clean, pizza was average but not bad, and the kids all seemed to have a good time. The only real draw back compared to some other facilities is the number of groups in an area at a time. A local competitor has 2 bounce house rooms and has it set up where it is only your party in them. Much easier to keep track of your kids when its just your immediate party in the room.

Great escape & family friendly! Can get crowded!We love coming here as there is so much to do, in addition, the snack bar has pretty decent food and adult beverages. Its crowded on weekends and holidays, but we still enjoy our times here. Its nice to bowl, then jump, then arcade, then laser tag, play pool, etc. Nice variety. If you have 2 kiddos, be prepared to spend $100+ if you plan to stay a couple of hours & use multiple attractions and eat too. You CAN get a multi-pass for around $40, but itll limit you on how many events and time limits on some.

We went for our dear friend 70th birthday party we played laser tag, and went bowling theres something there for everyone no matter what your age it was a blast

Nice Place to enjoy with Family and Friends

We had a 6 year old birthday party here. It was great! Everything went as planned, from the activities down to pizza and cake. Upon arrival we were met by a hostess who was soon joined by a second one. They were both amazing, ensuring all guest were attended too. Really could not be more pleased with the facility and staff.

Nice place enough for the kids to do

I was visiting my family and we wanted to do something fun together so we chose Sports Connection. On arrival someone was standing outside the door asking us what we were going to do today, and of course never being there before we didnt know. So as they kept asking it felt harassing. Then after looking around a bit, we went to the counter to by entertainment packs after buying, it was quickly discovered that in no way you could tell the difference in cards and because we didnt all get the same packages it wasnt possible to tell what card had the previously bought events. So, when the cards got mixed up the person to the cost from the cash portion of the card and they didnt even let us know when swiping. So I went to the counter to try and resolve issue. They gave me a new card with the event credit and took old card that had won tickets and appeared to picket the card. Anyway, my family and I despite the poor service, had a very fun time. No one else was even in the place (We think we know why). So, if it wasnt for being with my family, I would have given them a 2 star rating.

Brought my daughters and there friends here for 2 of my daughters bdays on the same day. This experience was absolutely fantastic!! Cam who was our host was so helpful, kept me and my wife stress free. From where kids were to food and drinks. Keeping track of everything. For what you pay they to above and beyond. Highly recommend coming here.

We love this place!!! My first time going was when we had my little boys 5th birthday party there in January and have been back multiple times since.
