Great place to live!! They care about keeping their community clean and theres a great diversity of families that live here. No need to wait for them to remove the snow once it fell, they have been on top of it

WE HAVE STAYED HERE SUMMERS THE LAST 2 YEARS AND WE WILL BE HEADING THERE AGAIN THIS YEAR. THE PARK IS KEPT NEAT AND CLEAN. RON AND CAROLYN ARE SUCH WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND RIGHT THERE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM RON WORKS HARD TO KEEP THE AREA LOOKING SO NICE. CAROLYN WORKS THE OFFICE BUT ALWAYS THERE WITH A SMILE AND KIND WORDS. THE HAMES FAMILY SURE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE TWO SUCH WONDERFUL PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM.DEB AND BOB WERNIMONT

Quiet and fairly cheap but management is lacking and it can be difficult at times to know where to pay rent. Be it at the local onsite office or at summit View office
