Contracted to do some work on the mobile homes there. Friendly people quiet there cant complain.

Alright place. Would earn another star if the windows in the rec center looked like they had been cleaned this century.

Great place. Quiet environment even when by the interstate. Been coming here to visit my girlfriends family for 3 years

Affordable, entertaining, clean, over all a positive experience as long as youre not extra large. My bottom didnt fit well in the seats but for a normal sized person it would be great for us larger than average people the arm rests luckily fold up to allow for extra room as long as you dont mind hard plastic digging into your bottom. I will keep going as the positive out weigh the negatives especially for the kids.

Nice mobile home community and very clean.The staff were very polite and was able to answer any questions I had. I didnt even have to drive around the community to see if any of the trailers was for sale when I arrived at office and requested info of any trailers for sale they was very organized and provided me with a list of places for sale THANK YOU

Went to Birthday Party in the center. Nice big center. Has a little kitchen with refrigerator n kitchen sink which is nice.

I was told it would take 2 weeks for application. After the 2 weeks I called and was told they still needed the $35 app fee so my app had gotten no where. My bad for spacing it off their bad for not offering a courtesy call to remind me. So now its been over 2 weeks since they got the app fee and I still havent heard anything from them. Frustration is setting in a lil as I expected a lil bit more reaching out from them especially for the money that Im willing to spend to get my family out of this horrible housing situation we are in.

Parking needs repaired, my mother tripped and fell on the 25th oh May while at a graduation party and 3 weeks later come to find out her hip was fractured. Really should have contacted the owners when it happened but thought she would be okay. Now she has been to the ER and to the doctor and using a walker for several weeks now.

Unfortunately this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. Management is the worst and I have never dealt with a company lacking people skills to this magnitude. We have neighbors surrounding us that are retired and have lived here since the place was founded. With that being said, they have nothing better to do with their days then sit and watch my house. One day my daughter was outside and had noticed maintenance driving by and taking pictures, I then nicely inquired about this situation and circumstances surrounding it and management ( same individual that is always rude) informed me that I was a liar as was my child because my neighbors as mentioned prior did not bare witness to this situation. I responded to her telling her she was absolutely right, if my neighbors did not see it, it didnt happen. Then told her she needs to tell them to find something else to do with their time other than stalk my house. Before I walked out I informed her that just once when I came in to have a conversation with her I would like to be spoken to like a normal human being and in a regular tone of voice ( if she isnt shouting or making a scene, she isnt getting her point across). The next day I received a call with her confirming that I was correct and so was my daughter, maintenance had been down there ( didnt even get an apology for her calling my daughter a liar who is only 12 yrs old), at this time I made it a point to tell her what a shock to find out they really dont see everything! Then I said, but my daughter and I are the liars. I ended the conversation with have a good day and hung up. Paying this place off ASAP and getting out as soon as possible; still wont be soon enough.

Good place, clean from what I seen. Office people (melissa) was nice to me and accommodating. So far so good.

Seems like a great area to live. Homes are nice and yards are well kept. Its been very quiet every time Ive been to see my sister, and theres a private swimming pool for the tenants.

Just had a friend to move into this Nice little trailer park. Quiet and cute.

Nice

A clean trailer court. Its quiet and peaceful most youd have to worry about is kids playing outside having fun. Play ground located in the front and a pool as well. 24 hour fitness center for occupants to enjoy.

Needs longer office hours. 9-4 isnt exactly easy working folks to deal with whether theyre already a resident or someone looking to locate there. At least stay open til 530 if youre not going to open until 9.

I lived in this mobile home park for long time and its a nice place for a family .

Nice homes and great neighborhood

Pricing lot rent continues to esculate, almost $400 a month without any improvements and no decent customer services. They arent willing to give a discount if you pay for the whole year. They want renters in there, but just like Direct TV and everything else, the renters arent omportant, but their potential renters gets the goodies.

They have a pool and playground. But do not take care of the roads in the wintertime.

On a steady decline since Ive moved in 2 years ago. This month theyve raised lot rent to 349 / month when just last month they raised it to 341 / month. Theyre really close to being too expensive to justify. I can get a house for this much a month and not have to deal with everyone running through my yard all hours of the night. They pack us in like sardines here its ridiculous.

The lady (and I use that term loosely) that manages the court is a total bag of crap. Shes the most unprofessional rude person you will ever meet, so are the so called maitinaence guys that live there too. They all threaten people constantly (Im glad I saw another review saying this because its nothing short of true) the old managers were better and it was better before a company in Canada bought the park

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable of their product.

As mobile home communities go, certainly not the worst.

This use to be the best mobile home community in the city. Now the new management doesnt give a crap, and the place is turning into trailer trash. No one follows the rules, and no one enforces the rules.

Typical college student apartment housing. So many identical a buildings right next to each other and no way to tell one from another.

The new management is, well, pretty bad. Weve been threatened multiple times to get kicked out because we havent mowed in a while, even though the trailer right next to us is WAY worse and they havent been notified about it at all. The management dont really, er, care about the rules and management. Ironic, is it?

Very nice park

Gave us 2 weeks to get out of garage, during Chistmas & New year. Especially, when, its 24 below freezing. Who, does this. Greedy management & people who couldnt care less.
