Its really great with the kids here they are so playful and some bullies but we are strong and I hear hoosier st house 2318 is having a garage sale today at 9-3:40 the 3rd of August they are almost on the move

Office management and customer service very poorly handled, which is a direct reflection of the ownership. There are a lot of unhappy clients because of the way they do business and treat their tenants.

Pretty nice community. Office was very helpful when we moved in. Nothing to complain about. Just keep your yard in order. Keep your home kept up and you wont have any issues. Lot rent pretty acceptable. Great school district.

It is a quiet, friendly village with lots of retirees and also families with young children.

Somewhat clean park. Lets some get away with stuff and gets on others. Picks favorites. People are afraid to write reviews that live in here as they feel they will be bullied. Its true see it all the time if you speak up about something. Rent is ridiculous. Now they want us to pay water too. I guess they are gonna lower our rent if we have to pay water since water was included in rent. They are super great till you sign on the dotted line. I should of listened to old tennants they were 100% correct.

The comment that these homes go up in value is a joke the park knows that aint true. If they do answer me one question: Your willing to by my home back for more than i paid for it?Also still never answered my husbands question so our rent will be lowered since we will be paying for our own water? Also is that sewer and garbage too?

Have been to most of the mobile home parks here in town and this one seemed stuffy!!! The ladies at the desk were super nice but the sales rep seemed like he didnt care one way or another. Almost like he didnt believe me when I told him my price range.... Definitely screwed the pooch on that one as I will take my money elsewhere.

I moved here 2 years ago. Since, they have raised rent $25 per month.My dishwasher broke and it had a warranty so they replaced it.. with the cheapest and crappiest dishwasher they could find.The homes are remodeled with the cheapest solution no matter how flimsy it is.The management or employees in the office are rude when you have an issue. Nothing get taken care of. Honestly I almost want to sell my home and get out of dodge before it gets worseUpdate 10/8/19Raised rent again!! And now adding in water meters to each unit.Dont waste your money. Just buy a house

Paying lot rent is not building wealth. And while it is perhaps better than paying apartment rent, you do not own the ground you live on. Mobile Homes are unsafe during tornadoes and are not likely to appreciate in value.

They harass you too much about the littlest things

Very clean, well maintained Mobile Home Park. They allow you to have garages too so if you move in and dont have a garage your welcome to have one built on your lot.

I wasnt robbed. Nice park. I didnt appreciate the kids playing in the street at night. My friend lives here and loves it. I think it is well maintained and clean.

Nice, quiet park. Alot of stop signs, but it keeps the park quiet. Good playgrounds and clean streets. They have trash bins on the end of every street. There are a lot of long time residents here, who really take care of their yard, which keeps the whole place looking nice. Neighbors have offered to snowblow the driveway before. I like this park much more than Kirkwood Estates.

We have lived in Grandview for 14 yrs... We have loved it love the office staff, LOVE MARIE we like the rules because it doesnt make our house look CHEAP and keeps the community safe and clean. If you want to live in a safe community that cares about their appearance and safety of its residence then this is the place for you!

Evicted us because of stuff we didnt do last spring! This is more of a totalitarian nation than a nice community. They bully their residents and abuse their power. At around six o clock the dictator lady marie gets in her stalker mobile and prison searches everyone to make sure no one has broken one of the TRILLIONS of stupid rules. They also bullied the relative of a cancer victim because she wanted to sell the house. However they wouldnt allow her. Instead they sold it to noisy Puerto Ricans who play their music WAAAAAAYYYYY too loud at 3 am.After the husband of a resident tragically died instead of helping they immediately began complaining about the siding of the house being Slightly dirty.In 2012 during the presidential election. They posted a pro republican poster in front of the trailer park suggesting that every one there is republican.NEXT TIME YOU WANT A CHEAP HOME STAY AWAY FROM GRANDVIEW!!
