This mobile home park is an absolute JOKE. Their staff is rude and uneducated. They dont follow basic rental laws and try to scam their tenants out of thousands of dollars. The second you complain they come up with little ways of being petty like not picking up your cardboard but making sure everyone else on the block gets theirs picked up. They are already in the middle of one lawsuit and they will be involved in another very very soon. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Jay is the best barber Ive come in contact with. Anyone you pay to put a straight razor to your neck better be trustworthy and have steady hands, he most definitely does. Crisp lines and I always come out looking my best. Clean and relaxed location with the nicest barber chairs Ive ever seen. Great prices for everyone. Always a pleasure.

I used to live in this trailer court and I loved it when I did, however recently things have gone downhill. Many times since I’ve moved out I have came back to visit, both mine and my friends cars have been towed from in front of the house. Management advised us to park in the grass which I did tonight, when I did, as soon as I pulled up and was still in my car, a tow truck pulled up and started trying to lift my car WITH ME STILL IN IT!!! He said that the grass that my friends pay lot rent for is not their actual grass? Why would it be their responsibility to mow the grass if it isn’t theirs??? He said if we gave him 50$ up front he would drop the car or he would take it to the lot and I would have to pay more. This is absolutely ridiculous and now I’ll be 50$ behind on my bills because I forced into paying the man 50$ for himself. THANKS FIVE SEASONS!! If 0 stars were an option that would be what I would have done....

Its starting to be a better community.

I have lived here since June 2016. The community is great and very diverse. Some people like to talk bad about Management but truth be told those people are the ones who have problems following rules and not caring about their surroundings. Since I have lived in this community I have seen such a effort in cleaning up and Management taking pride of our community. I would recommend anyone to live at Five Seasons and continue to refer people.

My friend lived out here, she was actually a property manager at her last job and I worked with her. Some on the things the management does are completely illegal. I would suggest you do not rent/ buy./ or move your mobile home to this trailer court. In the property management world this court is known for being the worst of the worst. The manager is also very shady. Towing cars without proper notice or putting a tow tag on the car is also illegal, I heard they actually tow the cars and charge for it. Money in the managers pocket im sure. And if your a landlord/property manager and want a rental verification they rarely respond; which is very disrespectful in this business. Good luck in your search, but please read all the reviews!!!!! if zero stars was available they would get zero stars.

My sister was set up to rent a ladies trailer and all of a sudden other people were jumping in and made it so she couldnt rent it.

I didnt see the proper rating but it would have been a F-----I looked into the recent reviews for 5 seasons and Im thinking that any of the review on hear over 1 star, that they must have been speaking of a different park or that they were paid for leaving the review NONE in there right mind wouldnt give this park a good review, well ever since Julia left us. I have had the BEST years out here but after they lost Julia years ago this park went down hill and the way the parks been being ran by Lindsay and Bree and who ever allowed them to think they can run a mobile home park is out there mind and actually leaving because of them and there service.

Beautiful place, very quiet, awesome staff!! I’ll be coming back once I have my down payment. I’ve read the reviews and I’m not worried about parking. I’ll take the extra walk, And 5 minutes off of my workout. haha living here will be worth it.

I recently visited a family member who lives here from out of state. While visiting my family we had a severe emergency. I am talking life or death; in which case we called emergency responders. It took them at least an additional 5 minutes to arrive because the ambulance Could NOT fit through the roads do to all the parked cars in the road. They had to back out and come in a different way taking them the addition 5 minutes. That five minutes ,due to cars on the road , cost me my family member. So everyone who is upset about rules being enforced, I hope you or your family is never in this position. The staff was amazing even under such awful circumstances. They arent doing this to be mean they are doing it to prevent this from happening to someone else... So please be mindful of that.

I love the playground and the pool. The ladies in the office are very nice and they serve free lunches for all the kids that live here during the summer

I have lived here since 2011. We have had several managers since then, Julia was really good and our current manager, Lindsey, is wonderful! She has been cleaning the park up, enforcing rules that other managers were afraid to, and she managed to get all the roads in the park asphalted!! Our maintenance guy, Keith, is also very helpful. He always takes the time to answer questions I have on maintenance issues. Its a very nice place to live. There are a lot of people complaining about the parking rules and cars being towed. In Lindseys defense she has put out quite a few notices over the past year to let people know the parking rules were going to be enforced, these rules are in the lease, just never enforced until now. The notices have let people know that a towing company would be hired and they would be going through the park periodically and towing illegally parked cars. This is something that has been a problem since we moved in the park. There would be times we would need to back up with our pick up due to cars parked on each side of the road and take a different route to get where we needed to go in the park. Emergency vehicles couldnt get through due to cars parked along the streets. I am very glad Lindsey is holding her ground and enforcing these rules. If some of the people complaining had a medical emergency and the emergency vehicle could not get through due to parked cars on the road, maybe they would be a little more appreciative of Lindseys efforts.

They tow cars after dark without warning even if parked in front of your own home on the street waiting for someone to move their car from your driveway

The management of this community employs Jons Towing & Recovery to straight up steal your vehicles in the middle of the night, who then holds your vehicle for an insane ransom while being incredibly rude & threatening. Under no circumstance should anyone want to live here if management is willing to do that to their tenants.

If you’re smart you would never rent from this property management. Also try’s to tell you that your obligated to pay water even though the lease states you don’t pay water... haha property manager hangs up on you when disputing something & they’re just not professional in any way shape or form. Office is ghetto and smells bad. They don’t know the laws when it comes to anything and the rumor is they have a tow truck company coming to tow cars and taking the money... LOL No parking spaces are marked and no guest spaces are marked so why would they tow cars?? What rights do they have? Lol also if you live in the front of the trailor court be prepared to live next to a bunch of thugs in the section 8 apartments next to the trailor court. Ghettttttooooo

You have to be 16 or older to swim and by the time your sixteen you dont wanna go to there cereal box size pool that you arent allowed to go under water and you cant climb oUT without the ladder, the management is a absolutely insane and is NOT pet friendly they harass you about it and even if your trailer looks nice they will tell you that it looks horrid (Actual word used by management guy) like this isnt Beverly hills, Do NOT move here becuse you will just be terrorized into leaving! If I could give 0 stars I would :) so yeah

Do NOT move into this place, they advertise free water but charge for water waste without being able to prove what’s water waste because they don’t install meters that can read water waste and just make up what they want to charge, they’ll have some meth head trucking company steal your guests cars and charge around $225 for it back which the park gets a cut of, if you cant pay the meth heads part out your car “yep basically a legal chopshop”.Also FYI for the people that get screwed by the towing company make sure you leave a bad review on his listing as well.

Terrible terrible terrible management. Will come harass you over anything they can like they have nothing else to live for, and try to get out of obligations they have been appointed in the leasing. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NO ONE MOVE HERE if you are considering, look for something elsewhere and take that if at all possible. There are 2 sex offenders on the online mapping of them that live here apparently as well, if you have children beware.

A very greedy, shady, place . They change rules at a whim. Raise rent every year and show nothing for it and will have your friends vehicle towed if they park in front of your house for a couple hours, they send tow trucks through at night to sweep for any vehicle the randomly deem in violation of theyre Hitler like rule of the place , down to the SS grounds crew.. STAY AWAY
