We survived the storm!!! Management has taken good care of us and are working hard on cleanup to restore our homes.

The community is very clean but they raise the lot rent 2x a year.

Best mobile home park in cedar Rapids. Clean and management is on top of everything. Animals dont run at large and all are always current.

Huge speed bumps scrape the bottom of some cars, otherwise nice and well kept community

Used to be a great place to take the kids trick or treating but not so much anymore. The park is clean and no one was rude or disrespectful so there is that. They had a haunted house thing but we didnt get a chance to check that out. Maybe next year!

It was really hard finding a place for us to go after the flood of 08, because we had a big lab. The Hames team found a home we could afford and were very welcoming to us and our dog! Its really quiet at night, the neighbors are always watching out for all the kids no matter what street they are playing on, and I feel safe letting my boy walk up to the park knowing someone along the way is watching out for the kids! The maintenance crew is always willing to help you! I really love living here!

Its getting a little expensive on lot rent and they will be putting water meters in and they will allow u to use so much a month and charging u for Over usage

CLEAN AND QUIET! Owners and residents take pride in the general atmosphere. This park shatters the norm...such a beautiful place to live. Multiple parks, a walking trail, a disc golf course as well as community events!

I actually rent a place here, and I have to say the pseudo community is a great place to live in Cedar Rapids. They are very strict on appearance and upkeep of your property, so theres very little crime. The downside is you have to be fairly handy, or know someone willing to help. Otherwise youre going to pay service workers to do the upkeep. Not long ago they actually sent out a warning reminding us to lock our doors! Thats virtually unheard of in most of Cedar Rapids. Depending on your lot location, another downside is the access roads. 15 mph speed limit and stop signs every 20 feet. Plus the managers send letters threatening to kick you out if youre observed ignoring them. Half of my work commute is just getting out of the place! Theres lots of neighborhood kids if youre raising a family, so you might actually get your kids to leave their tech and go outside!

Ive lived here for just over a year now. Its a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. All the neighbors keep an eye out for each other and maintenance is in top of any problems you have.

Ive been living in Summit Veiw for about 3 years now. The community feeling is amazing, neighbors are really friendly, out going, and its like a large family. The community is clean, well taken care of, and the best hands down Ive seen. Its really great to be here and have my children grow up in a safe friendly environment I recommend Summit Veiw to everyone I know.

Nice and quiet. Been enjoying the community since 2008. The owners are lovely and the managers are pleasant.

If you want a staff that actively tries to annoy and bother is tenants, rude service, absolutely no maintenance, and rude and noisy neighbors this is the place for you! In all seriousness I have never had the displeasure of such terrible service.

Really sad a guy who used to be the assist manager try telling me I was driving too fast I said okay sorry got back home getting out of my car with my kid and here he is Halloween night trick or treating with kids still running his stupid mouth saying ol you live here has I do well you need to slow down he not even a manager no more I had to end up calling the cops on him he kept saying ol Im gunna turn you in just harassing me taunting me his friend with him walking too close too me this guy just argumentive big mouth and loud acting as thoe he wore a badge piece of work!!!
