I filled out an application and was planning on purchasing a home in tramview. The application was submitted to Sylvia and I never heard back from her. I did in fact hear back from another resident who told me that my application was denied due to my income. I have great issue with my personal financial information being given out to residents. It has been several months and to date I still have never heard from Park management. I am so glad that I did not wind up buying that home and living under her rule. I should in fact get a lawyer and sue her the park and the management company for violation of privacy laws. Beware of Sylvia nothing you submit to her will stay confidential in my estimation. She makes Trump look like an honest upstanding individual. Oh, my monthly income is more than 5 times the space rent.

The park manager and her agents are discriminatory to the elderly and disabled. Its only a matter of time until the are exposed. Anyone writing a five star review for this park is lying for the park manager.

Looks like too many seasonal people come and go, great maybe if we were younger.

I reported the real estate fraud that happened September 24, 2018 for the lien auction. Sylvia Vasquez would not give me auctioneers name and she was in cahoots with auctioneer. She gave us the only people to show up the wrong information so we could not bid.I also reported the parks lawyer beam and associates to the state bar for attorney misconduct. These slumlords are breaking the law illegally. Below is my old review.The manager Sylvia Vasquez made fun of my brain injury I was forced to move during covid-19 constructive eviction. They have been harassing my elderly mother with eviction during covid-19. Sylvia the owners of tramview and the residents that work for her are all really terrible people that lack integrity. Sylvia is also making my private information public to other residents and agents who work for her. Epinoza posted that I am banned from the park on Facebook.I suffer from a severe traumatic brain injury and in tramview you can not fight for your rights as a tenant.

Terrible mobile home park It has terrible management, electrical, plumbing issues, old rusty pipes that fail on a regular basis, breeding ground for the homeless, raise rents very year without failure and no improvements to justify a rent increase. Ive lived in several mobile home parks throughout Southern California over the years and this park is the worse run park by far. The parent company that owns the park dont care about their tenants... only the all mighty dollar the park generates. If you like proof about this review, just ask the current residents.

I have lived here in Tramview for almost 4 years and I absolutely love living here! The park is well kept, the club house and pool are beautiful and the space rent is low. The management is great too, Sylvia the park manager gets an A+ from me and the park is lucky to have her! Bruce keeps the park well maintained and along with Sylvia are very friendly people.

This is my 5th notice to park mgt that my home is for sale and I will continue to occupy the property with my roommate until further notice.

This Park is Awesome . Disregard the Negative comments. Sylvia is Awesome! Her Staff is Great, its not easy to keep Old people from complaining! Ive been here since July 2019 and have No Regrets and No Complaints.The Pool/ Jacuzzi are Amazing Did I mention the Rec room is Beautiful ... Thanks again to Sylvia and her Staff ... This mobile park is a hidden jewel. Very clean, quiet, safe and secure. Simply driving in feels very welcoming and safe. Im so pleased with the park that Im going to try and get information on mobile home rentals. This place is awesome.

Sylvia the manager is very disorganized,unpleasant,aggressive,difficult to deal with fairly.Between her and the high rent for a mediocre park,I backed out of a purchase.

Nice, quiet and cozy mobile home park. I do not live here but the few times Ive visited, it is relaxing and quiet. It is a smaller park with fewer amenities than others but it is charming and in the heart of Highway 111 between Palm Springs and Cathedral City.

A good neighbors hood for over 55 years older .A quiet and peaceful place.Sylvia the best mgt. and Bruce maintenance are a team .safe and clean a community of LGBQT friendly .We have live here longer than a year .still love it .clean and easy life pool . Jacuzzi shuffleboard and playing pool tables games the areas kept up by local gardenersCard players in the clubhouse.

This is a very sad situation.This community has a plethora of potential with its sweet community and ideal location.Unfortunately, Silvia has run it into the gutters.I am well known in this park and have resided here for 5+ years. Never in all my time here have I seen anything like Silvia. I used to professionally run my own business and no what a bad manager looks like, Silvia is an irresponsible, unprofessional, threatening thief who needs to be LET GO as soon as humanly possible. If the owners know whats best for there business and there clients, they will fire this horrible excuse of a manager immediately. She is constantly changing these poor peoples contract adding on fees that are nonsense. The bathrooms are disgusting, the park is unkempt and the electricity and water are turned off weekly because of repairs she states. Nothing has yet to be repaired....She is clearly on drugs and allows people who are younger and not members, stay in the community hall.Silvia needs to be stopped!!!!!I know that numerous tenets feel the same way but are to scared to speak up. DONT BE! You pay a lot of money to live in a place that is safe, kempt and fair! Pull together!

Residents yard was unkept and debris near the street, would not want to live anywhere near her, place looked as if it could be infested with rodents.

On Feburary 3rd, 2015, (We) the Shuffleboard team, Which consist of visitors & locals from Canada & USA, who are spending time in Coachchella Valley. held our, Doubles Tournament, on the courts at Tramview, Mobile Home Courts. Where we at the Opening Ceremony We pledge allegiance to the American Flag. We recited the allegiance, to a empty Flag Pole,. There has not been a flag on the broken pole for 10 months, this was such an embarrassment, for me as a senior, American, & granddaughter, mother, wife, & niece, of Veterans, that fought for the right to be whom I am & speak my mind .The reason quoted, for not replacing the flag, was it was so expensive to repair the pole, yet they can remodel the, managers office, with floors & paint, which has irregular hours.
