We purchased a home here at Date Palm CC in February of 2019 and love our community, home, and neighbors. This is the best place to live in the area. The homes here are well kept, the grounds are immaculate, the security guards are excellent, the management company is awesome.

Lovely place. They have a huge party room that if your a resident you can plan an event or birthday party or anyting for free. They also have a restaurants that I heard is excellent and I believe they have five swimming pools and two of them are 24 hours a day for swimming and jacuzzi and I love that.

Beautiful park...would love to spend my winters here...hoping to rent here for next couple of winters and then buy a home here . ( from canada)

Beautifully landscaped. All hines nicely kept up. Clubhouse and pool very nice. Staff friendly and helpful .

The park is lovely with 5 pools, tennis courts, a golf course, bar and restaurant and Im sure other amenities i dont know about. The lot rent is pretty steep but the homes go for cheap from what i saw. Pretty nice stay. Friendly guards.

Beautiful country club and golf course too! Very well maintained and folks are friendly too! Wednesday nite @ 7 PM is $10 Bingo in the Club house....Come join the fun!

Love it here. The grounds are meticulously maintained & the pools & spa are perfection. The only drawback is the restaurant/bar...terrible! However, there are over 20 restaurants located within 12 miles!

Beautiful and well laid out

Had a wonderful time playing the course. Fun short course to work on your short game.Decided to stop into their restaurant for lunch after the round at 1pm. The place seemed more like a piano bar than a 19th hole. Sat a table and the waiter told me the kitchen had just run out of food. Funny as everyone around had food at their tables. As we left and walked through the parking lot, a couple told us that the restaurant is a gay bar and doesnt like to serve the golfers. OK, if thats the way you want it, I can play golf and eat elsewhere.

Great Short course. Narrow fairways and small greens make it a challenge. Beautiful views of the mountains.
