Stayed with a friend and really enjoyed it, especially the am water aerobics.

WE have lived in The Canyon four years now.....The management when we moved in was wonderful. There was a time for about six months that we had an anti-gay manager as mentioned in another review here but that management was quickly let go when it was discovered. The new managers are very nice people so if you are thinking of buying here please disregard the one star review which is not relevant anymore. The amenities and cleanliness of this community is top notch and the residents always wave hello to each other making it have that small town feel with the benefits of the city all around us.

People are friendly and pleasant and the community is very clean and kept up nice and quiet plenty of things to keep one busy and active lots of park get togethers great views very relaxing and a wonderful place to live.

Love this place !!! Have lived in many parts of the country and this is the best. Its like waking up every morning in Paradise. Extremely friendly people.

They use illegal traps for coyotes and refused to pay the vet bill when their illegal traps caught an innocent cat that had been left behind by its owners and a nice person was taking care of him. Disgusting place.

Too many unfair rules for being a 55+ community. Cant drink or smoke on your property. Not even on community grounds. Social club is a joke. Dont be gay there.

I just dropped off a friend I never went in any mobile home but the place was nice and clean.
