I’m giving this place 2 stars. The reason is my family and I decided to stay at a family members place here for a couple of days. However when we went to the pool, the manager came over to us and told us we weren’t allowed to go in the pool, yet as you can see, this place is supposedly “kid-friendly”. We tried reasoning with her, as we weren’t even bothering anyone. We asked if we had perhaps been going at the wrong time for families at the pool, yet she chose to walk away and not even try to understand our point of view. We respectfully left the pool. I was speechless at how she acted towards residents here. I do not recommend this place because this has happened on several occasions. As for my family and I, we are truly disgusted and disappointed in the manager and how she runs this place.She has no respect for her guests or residents who stay here.

Awesome community of neighbors we LOVE. Alice Cornball, the manager is VERY unprofessional. Be careful. She comes off nice, but she is very unhappy and takes it out on the residents. I love it here, just dont like her.

Just moved in two months ago. Great place, great Neighbors, and great management. Leah and Alice are great to work with. Look forward to staying here a long time.

Amazing community! Active, friendly, and caring people. Management is great at keeping the grounds and facilities presteen. It has a sense of small town living in the heart of the most spectacular mountain views. Close to shopping, golf, fitness gyms, restaurants, groceries, medical, library, sports, movies, and pretty much anything you could need. Best kept secret on the valley!

Just bought a mobile home there. So far so good. Its older needs a little work like me but it will be a fine retirement home!

Only 12 years left on that lease land of Royal Palm be careful people. Only cash bank wont give you a loan on 12 years left.

Manager alice was awesome super clean place . set up very nice a/c works awesome in the public area. Pool was clean and heated .

Man@gement in the office lies About things. They told everyone here about a gym that we were getting @nd it. As was around jan of 2019 ×hen we were told us and we still havent seen it het and the fabes are a whole neither story

Very well managed park! Beautiful landscaping and great group of people living and/or visiting. Not overly large but a perfect size where you still have all the facilities needed such as pickle ball, various classes and nice clubhouse. Great location with shopping, theatres and restaurants in walking distance.

I dont live there but go there weekly to visit and its always keep clean and people are always out and about. The office needs to get that gate fixed once and for all, but everything else is nice.

Quiet nice place to live for older people

Comfortable mobile home park, mostly double wides. Built in 4 stages.

First time even getting my hair done and they did so well on .Even did a good job turning my yet black hair to a great blue color.
