Shady business, do not rent from Sky Ridge Mobile Park. Talked to Michael from ad to inquire about rental on Aug 3, 2020 Monday. Michael called back to confirm on Aug 3, 2020 Monday and set up viewing appointment at 11am next day Tuesday 8-4-20. Explained my fiance and I were driving from Las Vegas and will pay to stay at a hotel in order to visit the property rental. Next day, contacted Michael 45 min in advance on the phone before our appointment; he acted like he forgot about us then said An application came in late last night. I told him, You made an appointment with us and you know that we drove from Vegas to schedule this viewing in order to rent. We explained our situation to this man in great detail about our interest in the camper. We were shocked. Ive lived in the Palm Springs area before and never had a problem with rentals. However, this man was rude and very unprofessional. If he knew he rented out the property, he should have called me (like he did to schedule the appointment originally for us). My fiance and I confirmed our appointment on the phone verbally with Michael and after that we booked a hotel at Roadway Inn in order to meet up with this person the next day. For future reference, get your business straight, learn to communicate with the people you spoke to because its your business. Treat people with respect and update them, do not be a lame business flaker. This property rental does not deserve 5 stars or any stars. We can understand its COVD-19, however, we are honest people just looking to rent. Do not trust this ad if you see it again online in the future. Bad business practice.

The former manager, Chris, tried very hard. He picked up trash, tried to enforce rules, tried to get owners to make improvements. He tried to balance the residents and the owners. We got new landscaping, a new pool, new clubhouse, and even new streets while he was here.However, the new management is rude and performs illegal activities! They put rent statements and notices in mailboxes, which are falling apart. Some of our mailboxes do not even have doors on them. They closed the pool from September to May, in the Desert! It is warm enough to have have a pool all year. However, they also closed the SPA! Chris had it open all year.The new management ILLEGALLY raised our rent by 14% in the past two years. Cathedral City has rent control and the owners and managers knew it, but they ignored the law and implemented high rent increases anyway. Then, when it was brought to the attention of the City, owners and managers said the city approved the increase! They lied because the city never did!The electrical system is terrible! Our electric goes off almost daily during the summer. Management does nothing. Chris begged the owners to do something, but they never did. The new managers do not even care.I detest this new management. So, why dont I move? Because I have to sell my home and no one wants to buy in this park due to all of the health and safety concerns the City will do nothing about!

I love living here and love to see all the improvements they have done and are continue to do from the whole mobile home park look, to remodeling of pool,laundry room,dumpster area parking lots streets ,lighting of streets new home improvements ect...
