Management is unfriendly and provides minimal upkeep. Rents continue to sky-rocked with no end in site. People have bought homes in here that are now worth, in the best cases, only about 20% of what they paid for them because of extremely high monthly space rent fees.

Management tows cars all the time, breaks their own rules, discriminates, does not trim trees, does not maintain driveways, violates rights to peace and quiet enjoyment. Raises space rent to the point where it is UNETHICAL. The location is great.Not worth buying in here because of the management.

Horrible management and water is CONSTANTLY out of order or shut off which is ridiculous for the space rent that is charged. Out of here ASAP. Bummer because it is such a fantastic location and community.

Clean, beautiful family park just across from beautiful Carlsbad beach.

All I know is the lot rent is so cost prohibitive its ridiculous. May be prime real estate location, but its a mobile home park.

Hidden gem. Great location near the ocean, sandwiched between million dollar homes at a fraction of the price, and no property taxes.
