Friendly neighbors, reasonable rental rates on lots AND trailers. The property is centrally located in Carlsbad and equidistant from Happy Valley, La Huerta, the River & beach area, and Black River!

I dont remember this place but on this drive I did a 360 in my car and almost hit the pole but ima give it 4 stars because I didnt hit the pole.
