Cant think of a better retirement community. Carlsbad is designed as a walkable community with unlimited recreational and volunteer opportunities. Walk to the beach, to great shopping, and to public transportation. The City, City Libraries, and the Carlsbad Senior Center provide many free entertainment events, including educational seminars, indoor and outdoor concerts. Fantastic place to retire!

Expensive but a real nice and friendly park

Great place to hang out with grandpa. Wish they were a little more easy with the pool rules and times.

Such a beautiful mobile home park!

I recently applied for Park Approval, made a check for Credit Report and was told another check was necessary along with another consent form for my wife. I have purchased many homes locally and never done two separate credit checks and two fees. Totally unreasonable.

Nice but jacuzzi not working, street lights too bright and not pet friendly. Need a bigger wall/sound barrier by the train.

Nice place but the space tents are very high and they have some oddly restrictive policies- especially towards their older tenants, like no roomates (!?!?)

Management aside, this is a lovely community.

Best little paradise in Carlsbad!

Very controlling management, overwhelming rent increases. Power and water infrastructure is aging badly. Noisy trains and garbage trucks all the time. Property values decline with high rent increases.
