Beautiful view and beach. Carlsbad in general is a great little town.

Early in the morning the bicycle ride was wonderful. The trail was well groomed and the morning aroma was refreshing.

Before buying you might want to check out the HOA. I have found the rules can be broken by the chosen few. I was greeted not with warm hellos but with many What are you doing here ? Countless hassles from the board, and if you have a dog.... Well walking thru the park you will get hassled with your pet if you are a single women. This is my 1st home and I was so excited, until I met some of my neighbors and the local agent Nina who called me trailer trash in her note to the board. Think twice before buying or renting here.

Worked there for almost 5 years. Met some of the kindest people ever. The area is beautiful. The homes are awesome. For the ones that were so good to me, I thank you. You know who you are.
