Been fly fishing in the area for the past two trout seasons, and if youre looking for an area thats not as crowded as further downstream this is the place to be. Ive pulled some decent sized trout out also. Only downside is that even with a little bit of rain, this section gets murky pretty quick and takes just as long as any of the other areas to clear up.

The new bridge provides an upgrade to 2-way traffic and opens up more options for drivers in the local area. Detours are now easier because of the addition of this new bridge. The original bridge is still standing and has a rich history. This spot is also an excellent trout fishing area. Brown, Rainbow, and Brook trout are common here.
