Ive attended several events here from private parties (weddings and class reunions) to public affairs (McLain Celtic Festival). Two Mile House is a pleasant venue. The grounds are well kept and well shaded for Summer events. The house is a well preserved building from the early days of Carlisle. Its an oasis in the hustle and bustle of modern life.

Great music, highlander games, vendors, kid activities, border collie demo. Its small but we love it. Perfect wooded setting.

We get here once a year for the McLain Festival, and we always enjoy touring this history property.
