Really great place, my mother absolutely loves their wine and I drive her down there to get her monthly wine from the membership thing they have- which I highly recommend. The owner is an absolutely wonderful man, havent met him often by every time I have he was super polite and fun to talk with. They may be a bit out of the way but I recommend at least trying their wines once or twice, you wont regret it!

Only winery in Idaho worth visiting. Well, maybe not the only one - but the best. Great club programs, good discount structure. Wine that tastes like it could have been made in Napa. Great club events and wonderful people. This is the one worth visiting!

Beautiful tasting room, it used to be an old fruit shed. They do 6 tastings for free. They had 4 whites, 4 reds and 2 desert wines to choose from. We visited on Black Friday. It was very busy and they were doing a barrel tasting for $5 and they also had free soup and rolls for everyone. This was the only one of the 4 we visited that day that had crackers for between the different wines.

Been here 3 or 4 times now and just not that impressed. The wine is decent, but there is absolutely no view, it is a dark, barn with no windows. The lady that has helped me the last couple times doesnt seem very friendly, like she is annoyed to be there. Unlike Sawtooth or Ste Chapple where the employees seem very friendly talkative and smiling. About the only thing that keeps me coming back is they are one of two wineries in the area that stay open till 6 PM when the rest close at 5. If it were not for that I wouldnt even consider going there.

Stopped in at our favorite sunnyslope winery again today! All of the staff at Fujishin are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their wines are outstanding and deserving of the many awards they have received. Drake and Annie are both welcoming and fun wine tenders. We always have an awesome experience in the tasting room and cant wait to go back soon to pick up our 2 bottles of the spring member release!

We were really excited to visit Fujishin... we had a group of 9 girls to come for a birthday party. We were there for maybe 10 minutes when the bartender, Drake told me that he is going to cut us off from tasting. We were there to taste the wines and and we each had maybe two different wines before the bartender told us that we were not allowed to have any more. This was our last stop in our tour and we are very dissapointed in the service that we received. I’m sure the wine was amazing but I wouldn’t be able to give a good review based on our service.

Wow, last trip on our wine tour and didnt even get to taste all of the wines because we got cut off by the wine tender. We werent even loud and got told to be quiet.. not impressed! Wont ever be going back or recommending it to anybody.. especially when there are amazing wineries with amazing service nearby.. Sawtooth winery!!

Fujishins tasting room has a friendly and approachable feeling with welcoming staff serving some of the best Idaho grown and made wine. If youre lucky you might get to see Martin Fujishin, the owner and winemaker, chatting with or teaching people about the history of Idahos wine country and the winemaking process. This is a must visit stop in the Idaho wine scene, and I cant recommend it highly enough.

I was on a wine tour with some friends and we had amazing service at every winery we visited until we got to Fugishin, this was our final stop. Every winery we visited went above and beyond to make sure we were having fun and we were enjoying our wines and our time at their facility. I/we will not be visiting Fujishin again because when we got there we only got 2 of the 6 complimentary tastings that they offer before they asked my group to leave. We were all shocked! Every winery we were in was full of people laughing, and talking quite loudly including the servers entertaining us. I didn’t feel we were being any louder at this facility then the others we visited but the lady told us to be quite and then moments later asked us to leave. This group of 9 ladies I was with are great and very respectful and had purchased several bottles of wine at every winery we visited. We didn’t even get a chance to really taste the wine and we weren’t offered to shop after the tastings to buy the wine either. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received when wine tasting and they lost a lot of sales, a lot of customers and future wine club members.

We stopped at Fujishin on our way back from an event at Ste Chapelle. We were excited and giddy as wed just had a ton of fun and were celebrating a successful day. For the sake of transparency, I will say I myself had had one glass of wine the entire day, and my friend had two with lots of time in between. Let me tell you, we can typically put away a lot more than that... either way we had her husband with us, who was driving, so we thought why not stop off and do a quick celebratory tasting? When we got there, the woman who greeted us was super sweet, let us know about the tasting options and the vendor that was there as well and took us to Drakes section of the counter. He insisted to her he couldnt take us as there were people already at that spot (these were invisible people who hed already cleaned up after as there were no glasses or belongings there). She said she saw them leave, but he insisted the spot was taken. Mind you, it was fifteen minutes to close, so we knew this would be a brief stop, but there was still time; he, however, seemed irritated and itchy to get out of there. Finally he agreed to let us taste. We stood back from the spot where his invisible friends were seated since we didnt want to disrupt their space, but he insisted grumpily we go ahead and take it. So you arent already serving people there? Didnt you just say....? lol We got our first tasting (a drop of a pour... so to call it a taste is a stretch...) and went to visit with the vendor while my friends husband stayed back. Drake remained sour the whole time we were there, low energy, didnt want to respond when asked questions about the wines, but we had a good time anyway because thats how we roll. I bought wine, as I always do when I go to a tasting, and we left. In the car, my pals hubby told us that Drake made him very uncomfortable asking him for details on what we had to drink before wed gotten there, how much, what kind of liquor, etc. as we were clearly intoxicated and he did not want to serve us. Clearly intoxicated? Excuse us for being in a good mood, sir, but we were FAR from intoxicated. And if you really thought so and served us anyway... isnt that a no no? Guess thats why my pours for the tasting were droplets lol. I was so insulted. Never mind his terrible attitude and poor service but his judgement was wholly unnecessary. I understand the stance against over serving.... but this is laughable. I honestly think he just wanted to close and he was annoyed we came in so near to the end of the day; that was clear from the moment we walked in. We will not be returning. Though this was our first experience with Drake, we have been several times and have always really enjoyed ourselves. We are nothing but respectful and usually receive respect back. Bummer... we like the wine. Too bad they have rotten apples ruining it for the people who actually buy it. We have A LOT of wine drinking friends who will have no issue passing them by on their way through. Way to go, Drake! (Also, from reading the other reviews, I am sad to see I am not alone. Looks like this fella might need some soft skills training...)

Phenomenal wine and a great experience! We decided to stop in at Fujishin after hearing they were the 2018 Idaho winery of the year, and let me tell you they did not disappoint! Every single wine we tasted was excellent. Its obvious Martin is doing something (or everything) right. The Tempranillo, Amantino and Sirah were particularly impressive! Danielle was extremely helpful and fun to have as our tasting guide. We also love the flagon and will be returning to refill it very soon!
