Very quaint, quiet place to browse some history in and about Caldwell.

It was fun. We need to support these kinds of projects, keep them going. I enjoy museums of all sorts, and this is definitely not a big-time or properly-funded endeavor. Its an educational and (thus) enlightening experience.Just go! Visit! Experience and support! Thats all; just check it out.

This is the kind of museum I enjoy. There were a lot of local business history as well as family and household items. The kind of things that you might find if you are trying to research your family or community history. This is not the themed type of museum where you feel like those running the museum are trying to teach history from their perspective and in the process removing all the individuality of each items history and of the items owners. But it is rather like rummaging through the attic of someone who loved their home town and family so much that they wanted to save as much of it as possible. It is much larger than I expected but fill to the brim with fascinating glimpses into Caldwells past.
