First time to Cedarrock Park. The grounds were well maintained and very spacious. Enjoyed hiking the trails throughout the park. The hiking trails were relatively easy so the entire family can participate with ease. Though the trails were rather easy, they were long. Over 4 miles of trails between two main trails. Very scenic. I look forward to coming back and I fully recommend this park.

Really nice place with excellent trails, hiking, etc. Some of the trails require better balance/footing than others so just be mindful of that if bringing anyone who may need assistance. The spot below the waterfall has swimming and the water beyond that was shallow enough to traverse without too much trouble. Also there are definitely snakes in the river (you can see one in the pic) so be thinking of that before committing to swim. Great place to spend a day!

Awesome place to go hiking, playing disc golf, canooing and kayaking, beautiful waterfalls, wetlands, playgrounds, ponds, picnic shelters, gazebos, volleyball courts, and lots of beautiful historic properties. The views from the purple and green trails are amazing and their not a strenuous hike. Purples like a half mile, greens 2.2 miles and blues around 2 miles. Definitely a place worth checking out

We love playing this course with the adjoining Wellspring course. These two make a fantastic Figure 8 and 36 holes of disc golf. They are two very different courses also, so you get a bit of everything. Thus is one of our all time favorites!

We hiked the blue trail, and found it to be a perfect length! The scenery was diverse and gorgeous, everyone we encountered was very friendly. This trail is great for beginner hikers - still more challenging than walking on a paved path but easy enough to navigate and re-acquaint ourselves with hiking again. Will definitely be back to check out the other trails this park has to offer!

Such a big park with lots to do like hiking, fishing, etc. The fishing wasnt the best as there isnt much in the ponds right now but thats probably just because of the time of year. The farm area has some cute goats you can go see. Overall a nice park!

Pretty nice park, although this review pertains to the disc golf course: the course is probably one of the most pristine courses I have played on. All of the holes are well maintained and enjoyable. I will say it can be somewhat difficult to navigate the first time you play it.

Very nice park/trails. What I like most about it this place is the historical significance - that it was once a working farm with the buildings still standing. I also really enjoy seeing the farm animals up close. Read the signs and you will get a better feeling of what this farm was really like. The trails are marked fairly well but do not take advantage of the views of the ponds. Most of the trails are in the woods. We went on the Spoon Branch (blue) trail to the Connector (White) trail. It was great until we had to turn back on the white trail because it became a swamp.Tip - go to the furthest parking lot - the playground and views of a pond are better than you get at the first pond. But don’t forget to go back and see the farm buildings and animals.Great Disc golf course. Horses are allowed. And dogs (of course) on leashes. Trail maps are provided by signs.

My family go here at least 2 to three times a week. My husband and son go there to play disk golf and while they are playing there are many other things for me to do like go on a hike, walk down to the waterfall or just relax and look at all the beauty of nature around me. It is a great place to spend the whole day and there will be plenty to do for all ages.

This place is so well maintained and provides all kinds of activities. My husband and I came to fish the stocked pond, and although it was a slow day, we had a fantastic time. We are beginner outdoorsmen and would like to come back to camp and fish when it warms up a bit. Elijah at the rec office is incredibly polite and helpful. There was some trouble with their card processing machine, but it was nobody’s fault and we brought cash for the next time.

Fantastic disc golf course with varied holes and distances. 3 tee pad layout with reds, whites and blues. Theres something here for everyone, and this course offers a unique ability for North Carolinians to experience west coast ball golf open holes. Its always fun to rip a few drives during a round! I would highly reccomend to the caretakers of the park to extend to the teepads, as some can be a bit short. Otherwise, one of the best courses Ive played in the area!

Wonderful wooded area to take your family of any age for an outing. Children can visit the farm or play in the childrens area. There is a frisbee golf course and volley ball and basket ball courts as well as miles of trails to hike. The park offers shelters for larger barbeques and small one grill locations for individual or one family cook outs. The best part may be a large stocked lake for fishing. People proudly show off their catch on a regular basis. The grills are right there to catch and fry if you want to. There is a n equestrian section with a separate entrance that includes a camp ground. The rangers are in the building by the lake if you have any questions or want to rent a camping space. Parking and entry are free. Enjoy!

One of the nicest little parks in the Burlington/Snow Camp area. Recently acquired a new equestrian area. The park has two disc golf courses, one mostly wooded and the other is mostly open. I normally do the woods course for the extra challenge. Several short and easy trails to a waterfall and gazebo. The Spoon Loop trail is a nice short hike as well. I really enjoy my time there.
