Rather not live there but its still better than the street

Very run down. Pot holes in the roads make the speed bumps redundant. Some of the trailer should be condemned, there are some out there that have been. I saw some I wouldnt use for animal shelters. Its a nice area clean it up!

Traansvilla trailer park isnt bad its actually like family and everyone is friends.theres no stealing or killings like some want you to believe.and thank God for Mr.Howard.he s a good landlord.

Terrible land lord, infested with druggies, the landlord doesnt fix anything and has let me and my family go without heat and a stove for six months

Alot of cleaning needs to be done only so much one man can do! Also the owner trys to help people and they tear his trailers apart and skip out on rent! God bless our park and thanks to the owner for helping me.... Im a step away from being homeless!

Lots of places run down

Its used to be nice back in the day but howard has let it gone to hell nothing but a junk yard of looted trailers and broken down vehicles

Place needs to be remodel

This place needs to be leveled...yes unfortunately my daughter lived there ...and yes thank goodness she has moved out....drug activity, theft,dogs running about,the place is run down and not taken care of

Its ok. Lots of crazy people and a few drunks. Id recommend getting a place close to the front of the park. The back isnt to clean.

OK our trailer #40 was our first home without roommates in awhile. Everyone that I seen spoke to us including my kids.was a little ran down yea... Last summer our electric bill got up to $1500

Still hasnt recovered from the past 2 years of hurricanes.. like all the trailer parks in the area

I wouldnt live here..trailers all need work done on them. Trash and broken down vehicles litter the property junking it up.

Not a good place to stay.

This place is gross and needs to be cleaned up...it is actually an eye sore when passing it

Has become trashy over the years.. not just the rentals but the people that live there as well.

Drug infested....nasty trailers that are run down and not kept up

Dropped a friend off . Roads need work and grass needs mowed but doesnt look bad for people who live there.
