No upkeep or maintenance by owners! Cheap rent but, you dont even get what you pay for... terrible.

I have lived here almost 2 years and my fiancee has helped clean up the park alot. He has torn down the old trailers and the roads (most of them) has been tarred. Its nice and quiet.

Almost all the trailer homes here are worn down and need work but the price to rent is priced at a fair rate

My sons friend lives there and I absolutely DREAD having to take my car through those destructive roads. So many unlivable and ruined trailers that you feel like you are in a war zone. Dont drive back there at night if you dont know your way around

I was scared the trees there no way will I ever live there I saw mutiple houses with trees in them and it looked horrible unkept it should be condemned

The drug attic maintenance person died -|- r.I.p. . Apparently taking with her a lot of the riff-raff. Theyve (owners) have also done a lot of cleaning up, its currently a nice quiet place to live.

This place should be condemned.. All of the trailers have black mold and all they do is paint over the wall..My neighbor almost died from all of the black mold she didnt know she had..All the maintenance lady Tonya do is get high off of crack and she doesnt know how to fix anything at all..Very rude staff I may add..This trailer park needs to be burned down to the ground because its a waste of its residents money.....
