Visited my mother in law. Such a clean and well kept place. Neighbors all seem friendly! And I love how its so close to everything!! I dont have to go far to go to a store. If a big enough spot opened up. Id be looking into it.

Very clean, well maintained mobile home park. Lot sizes are smaller than competition just down the road but are far superior in quality and park maintenance. Was quiet and people within the park pleasant.

I just brought my kids trick or treating here this year. I did own a trailer here for seven years. I never had a lot of trouble but now we live in the country and grateful every day.

This mobile home park is interesting the speed limits are 15 miles per hour which is amazing but theres way too many trailers in one Park its a good place if youre used to living in a mobile home park theres plenty of rules and regulations to follow

They lead you on so you think you have a chance of getting in then they tell you sorry, better luck next time.

Amazing little trailer park my grandparents live there and they know just about everyone

When we moved here 10 years ago, this seemed like the premiere mobile home park in Brunswick. Since then it has gone down hill and the park does not enforce their rules. There is one home just two doors down from us that has a collection of junk in their yard all the time, lots of run down cars parked everywhere and the police visit them often. Behind us is an abandoned mobile home that has been empty for over a year. There is a rusted out oil tank and two barrels of trash that has toppled over. Its disgusting.
