Fairly quiet park, large lots with ample parking space. Plenty of sun and shaded lots available. Friendly, welcoming neighborhood and the staff are easy to communicate with.

Its looking better then in recent years.

There is a hidden gem at the end of this trailer park. Usually a place has signs to inform you there is a trail and/or boat launch ahead. Its not on private property either. Its a nice spot to park on a sunny day to do a small loop trail and do some fishing or just sit in your car and watch the water.

Peaceful very quiet. Management issues plagued my 1 week visit. Their response to problems with damage to an electrical line that caused us to lose power and hit water then sewage having up in the shower was grossly inadequate and unsatisfactory.

Seems like a nice trailer park. Theres alot of older folks from what I saw and older trailers, but I havent spent much time there just a quick drive through to visit an elderly client

Its a place to live but be prepared for ownership(of the park) issues. Bad water, lack of accountability from owners of the Park, yet lot rent increases.

Hell of a place to party and Rusty Pearson makes you feel warm inside when your outside.

I am currently living in a trailer here in baybridge and so far I enjoy the park. Most of the people in the park are pretty nice. Its also great that youre able to visit the waterfront of the androscoggin river, right down the road from my lot.

SO GLAD we decided to speak with some residents. Firstly after talking with four different people. We learned that there has been a lot rent increase every single year for more than ten years and that the mortgage on the trailer would be less than the lot rent which is nearing over 400 month !! Thats upside down in my opinion and also that their is a shortage of water in the park and its rationed !!we also learned that the water system contains sewage and is actually below safe health standards as well and that they are being sued over the water issues by their own residents...really !! We also learned that they have removed a playground and basketball court..so there goes activities for the kids...the management company was also very rude when we called to confirm what residents had told us.... we also learned that older residents were being evicted because of the age of their trailers... this place is obviously run by scumbagsWe did not find a single person in the park that said anything good about it. This is a no brainer...we will never move into there ever!! Land is cheaper than their lot rent and safer !! Lol.

Water was a huge problem, still tastes and smells off and the trailer we live in the breaker keeps tripping without even all three people being home. Nothing taxing is happening. It keeps tripping and its not good for electronics. Im irate. So I decided to get on here and leave this review, Ill up it to maybe two stars when this all gets sorted out. Whatre we paying for?!

I recently moved into the Bay Bridge Estates, and I am not pleased with living here at this time. Contacting someone at the park office is not always available. We are asked to keep our yards and homes clean, which is reasonable, however; several of us, who have done so, did not have our cleanups (debris) removed before the first snow fall. Now, all this debris is burried under snow and ice. We have lost our power several times, not the fault of the management, but we also lose our use of needed water, as the park supplies well water, but NO backup generators when the power goes out. Recently, we were notified not to use our water unless is wassufficiently boiled for proper use. I assume that this resulted from some needed repairs, etc., in the park. This was for approximately 3 days. The roads are plowed on time, but not sufficent to make then safe for us home owners, especially, us senior citizens, who need to walk to retrieve our daily mailings. There is a need for more than one-time plowing of roads after a storm, etc. We were informed that our lot rent in 2018, will increase by $15 per month. This increase does have an affect on many homeowners, like myelf, who must survive on limited source(s) of income. I have no problem with an increase in rent, only the amount seems a bit steep; maybe a $5 or $10 increase would be a bit more tolerable. I am hoping that my future will be a bit more pleasant, or unfortunately, I will need to sell my home in the future and seek a new resident elsewhere.The neighbors are not friendly, and there is only one person ,who I can seek for any help. I recently called the managers office for a flood problem, and he did not bother to respond to my need(s). Please look at all the available parks before moving into Bay Bridge Estates.

Its a nice, quiet place to live, but it would be nice if theyd actually put our rent money back into upkeep of the park roads.
