Be careful of the potholes while driving down the road out there. Seems like it used to be a decent mhp but is slowly turning into the same rugged atmosphere as the rest of the parks in this town. Hopefully management will make some changes. Man came out of his house yelling at someone in his underwear while I was visiting a friend.

The roads are awful! The owner definetly needs to make some repairs to the roads that lead to the homes. Someone is going to tear their car up badly. The potholes are huge! As much as lot rent costs it should not cost much to mix some bags of cement and fill these holes in before more damages occur.

Its a mobile home park that is better cared for than most of them these days.

I live here, and love it! I am a mother of two small children and married..its writhing walking distance to the gas station and dollar general, and the neighborhood is very clean and friendly! :) and the owner is the best landlord I have ever had! not usually many spots open, but when there is one you better grab it ;)

Very dark. Road full of pot holes

I use to live here, never had trouble. My uncle lives here now. Usually pretty quiet.

Its good for a trailer park. Safe and there are police that live here.
