Cant wait to have time to fully explore. We stopped for a small drive brake to stretch our legs and it is BEAUTIFUL. Nice path but where you park the stairs down to the water lead to a a big drop so we took a weird way to get down because we didnt have time to explore the path (Im sure there are easier ways to access the water) really quiet area and super relaxing.

I love this place its super beautiful and secluded especially for downtown Bremerton its a nice little getaway in a nice residential area and if you walk up the trailhead there is old bunkers that you can see. Many people dont know about the bunkers but they are super cool also a nice Beach to go to and free parking

Went down there in a early morning for some photography. The wild life, sunrise, the boats gently drifting on the water, and the stillness of the air was all spectacular. Cold crisp air was invigorating. Great place to just go for a walk and take in nature in town.

Awful atmosphere. People just sitting around smoking pot and the beach access is terrible. To top it all off theres only 6 parking spots.

Awesome little place to get away!! Its basically a small parking lot with a killer view of the water. The only downside is that a lot more people know about it than Id like but Im happy to see that one of the best kept secrets in Bremerton is loved by so many!!

Its a nice park, but the portion we entered doesnt have trail address, and the parking is minimal. Theres a makeshift passage to the shore but no place to carry a canoe or anything youd want to use on the beach, and no where to picnic. Supposedly the other entrance to the park has better facilities. However it doesnt seem very populated and is a good place to gather shells.

Would be a beautiful park if it werent for the junkies littering and leaving feces everywhere and then camping in their car in the parking lot.

I most enjoy the lower park (shorewood drive) because you can walk on the beach, then hike up in the woods and check out old ammo storage bunkers.
