Very cool to see the relics of past wars up close and personal. Each plane has a story attributed to it connected to a local WKU, UK, or UL graduate.cant wait for the museum to be built here in the future. Was just riding by and had to stop. Highly recommended to any history buff.

This was a very fun short stop for my family on our road trip. My 4 year old loved seeing the airplanes and helicopter they have.

Not much to look at unless youre into planes. But its a nice park on a nice day. Good benches to sit on and chat with friends.

Stumbled upon this park while looking for a place to kill time while traveling and meeting folks. Really nice display of out of commission military aircraft and history about each one and the pilots who flew them. Also enjoyed a peaceful sit by the lake watching people fish and kayak.

Great place to reflect on how our small part of the world is connected to, and can affect the world as a whole. The planes are awesome too.

Really cool little “park”. No entrance fee or personnel of any kind, just park and walk a few feet to see some awesome old aircraft and read some history. It’s right in a little neighborhood and also beside some tennis courts and a lake.

Great Monument..in the middle f nowhere. NO OFFENSE.

It is a very nice and interesting place, they have new additions to their collection. The park used to be bigger but now they made a road in the middle of it so there is less space to play and run, however it seems that the improvements are not totally finished so lets wait to see gow it looks at the end.

Very cool outdoor park with a group of aircraft and helicopters on static display: Marine One, F9F Panther and trainer version of the P-80 from Korean War fame; F-4, F-111, and Huey from the Vietnam era; and a T-38 used by NASA astronauts.

It a nice place you can play tennis there you can play rollerblade hockey

The museum will increase the interest level, once built. Meanwhile, the park has several nice planes/jets and a helicopter. A quick visit for aviation enthusiasts and children.

Just simply a really cool park to walk around and see some one of a kind military/Nasa aviation. Youll need about a half hour. Well worth a stop.

Fun free place to come check out. Love the fact that they have stories attached to each aircraft reassembled here!Cons: I would like to see more color when it comes to their plants and flowers. It would help make this place more noticeable and a place where people from all ages would appreciate.Would like to see more events hosted on the weekends especially during the summer time.

My son loves planes and he is 6yrs just seeing them he said when he grows up he will fly a plane for the Navy or Airforce

Its a nice place for the kids to play seems peaceful with the wind blowing through the trees. There isnt and shade for the kiddos on park equipment. I would suggest to bring sum screen. On the other side of the road is water where one could feed the ducks. Signs prohibit feeding the ducks, so bring plenty of quarters as there are food despencing machines that spit out around one hand full of appropriate duck food. Defiantly will I bring the children back. I do like how the 2 sides are seperate and may consider the little picnic spot next to the water a good place to relax without children as well.

This organization is doing great work towards the preservation of historic aircraft. The quality of the planes on display and the special history behind each of the actual airfames made it extra special.

This is just a small outdoor display of fighter jets, but it is really cool. I had to snap a picture of each one. Im not sure who funds this project, but awesome job and thank you.

Peaceful but there was alot of littering or the ducks are getting in the trash. But i did like the way the park was set up

Cool place to check out. Took me about five minutes but I had a good time checking out the planes and the helicopter. It’d be a fun place to bring someone and have a picnic or something and it’s free!

Hidden gem in Bowling Green. Pretty awesome!

Visited with my sons, ages 6&3, they were amazed by the size of the aircraft on display, and kept wanting to measure themselves against them. We had a wonderful time, although there is not much to do, it is still a fantastic place to experience.

This was a neat spot to check out! Unlike similar attractions, you can get up close to the aircraft. The area was clean & the signs were informative. Cool place to visit!!

A small display of decommissioned military aircraft. The inside museum portion was not yet completed at the time we visited. It can get extremely hot here during summer months as their is no shade and a vast amount of black top parking. This is a quick 10 or 15 minute excursion.

Love the old military aircraft and my grandchildren was Very excited by them. Loved reading about each pilot and the info on the Aircraft.

Modest small town museum. But if you are in the area, will worth stopping in and seeing the planes.

Nice place. Only thing odd was the Huey had air force data marking on the side and us army marking on the tail. All in all the aircraft were in excellent condition and arranged nicely. If you like old military aircraft its worth stopping to see it. Good photo opportunity!

I used to come to the park to feed ducks then my father would bring me over to see the planes. i love this park dearly and hope one day i can bring my kids here.

Unexpected find while searching for a playground in Bowling Green. The sure currently has several planes and one helicopter on display with international signs for each. There seems to be plans to build a full museum in the sure at some point. Well worth a 10-15 minute stop if youre in the area. There was no charge for looking at the planes, but a donation box was available to raise money for the museum.

Its a really cool feature in the city. Weve got a helicopter and space shuttle and an f11. My niece and nephew really loved it. My son is obsessed with the helicopter. Even I find myself awestruck at how big these aircrafts are. Id recommend stopping by...and after youre done you can feed the ducks or take the kids to the park.

Great place to visit and learn local history. Entertaining for kids too. My daughter loves seeing the planes.

Very interesting. You could even look into the cockpit of some and also the hydraulics underneath. The history is so descriptive and heart felt

Nice display of military aircraft. Whats so unique is the actual planes on display are flown by Kentuckians. The information plaques in front of the aircraft gives lots of information about each one. And you can give to the given am radio station for sone really good info also, and its all free!

Small airplane display dedicated to Kentucky military men.

There isnt much to do here unless you have some local history and some background knowledge, but if you do its a pretty interesting stop. If youre a fan of older war planes, I suggest a visit.

I love going to see the latest restored aircraft. We cant wait for the new helicopter to get there.

Nice displays with good information on each aircraft. Great background info on the local pilots of those aircraft. Only 3 stars because there are only 5 aircraft, but maybe thats just my bias, since I work about 3 miles from the National Museum of the Air Force.

I like the park so much. The plane displays is base of true event. You learn something from here. I suggest you visit this place if your another town or state.

Nice place we are new to the area found this place turning around and it is really nice has about 5 airplanes and one helicopter a great place to take your kids and it tells you about it all the the war history

Enjoyed this place very much, have veterans giving the tours who are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to listen to. The stories they can tell. They have all different kinds of airplanes as well as a very nice car with some incredible history. To lean some Kentucky history and see some awesome airplanes highly recommend this place.
