I have fun! Everything was so fun! It didn’t even rain and even got in for a good price. Very reasonable! Thank you to the employees for joking with me! Got a little bit burnt, but that is my fault! I wonder if they will ever add more rides! Also, laser tag riding was so great! Only sad part of was the airplane ride was closed, due to things about the ride! Thank so much beech bend for such a great experience! We brought almost 14 people there! I suggest you guys go!!

Super easy hour and a half drive from Tennessee. This was my first time at the park. The amusement park section was nice. Very very short lines. The rides were definitely more like fair rides but me and my friend especially loved the wooden roller coaster and water log ride. The water park section was my favorite. The lockers were $10 for a small and we struggled to fit everything inside but the larger one were overpriced. The water park had great slides, a lazy river, wave pool, pool, and many children’s areas. Wish they had music playing in the pool areas! Something to keep in mind is they don’t offer towels and we didn’t bring any because we didn’t want to carry towels around the amusement park section for half the day. Overall though we had a great time. We got 2 tickets for $30 on an app called Local Flavor so definitely recommend checking that out for an awesome deal!

Fun for the whole family! It is a small park, but not too small. There is enough room to spread out but its not so big you have to spend multiple days to see most of the park. The lines are practically non-existent. The food is a little pricey, but its good. You can also get a hand stamp to leave and go back in if you dont want to eat there.

We didnt go to the amusement/water park, we were there for a car show. We stayed at the campground in our camper. The spots are way too small. The bathrooms (womens at least) were very clean and spacious. The women at check in were friendly. My main complaint is how small the camping spots are. We are use to being able to let the kids play in the area but you could touch the camper next to you while touching your own. We would bring our camper back just to use for a car show but its not a campground we would go to for a getaway.

A day which was supposed to be fun turned out awful. I will never forget when my pregnant wife was hurt here on Labor Day weekend a few years back. The owner’s daughter used a dirty pair of tweezers to remove a splinter from her hand. Blood was inside of those tweezers from someone else. My wife had to undergo numerous blood tests to rule out blood borne infections. We contacted a lawyer as directed by the owner and they ignored the lawyer’s letters. We also tried mediation and that did not work. All we wanted was my wife to have her medical bills covered. Now they are in collections for $300. Beech Bend was very rude to us and called my wife horrible names the owner and his daughter both have affected all of these years of our lives. We sent letters regularly and none were replied to and no bills paid. The bills were forwarded to them and never paid. If they had been an honest company then if someone got hurt on their property they would have corrected their mistakes. It is sad that all this time has elapsed and they have ignored us. I would think twice or even three times before trusting your family’s health with this park. If your wife is pregnant then do not go here. I feel they did this to us because of our religion and ethnicity to be frank. But either way all people are equal so they should have helped my wife and unborn child.

Beech Bend was the perfect place to hold my maternal grandparents 50th wedding anniversary, Martin McKinley Lewis and Lora McCluskey Lewis. In all, there were over 60 people in attendance, so we held a picnic on the grounds. However, over the years, I have been to Beech Bend to go swimming, to play in the amusement park, and my family and friends have camped there.

Probably be the last time I come to Beech Bend. Spent 1 hour in a storm fine seen it on Doppler but 45 mins plus after the rain stopped and its clear skies somehow I ended up paying 200 bucks for the lifeguards to sit back in lounge chairs around the park and sleep when everything should be back up and running. The park is already small in itself so to pay 200 bucks and sit around to watch the employees sleep is a little insane.

There was only one roller coaster but lots of rides similar to what you would see at a carnival. They have rides appropriate for everyone ages 5 to 70! They also have several carnival games such as darts and more. These games do have an additional cost. More than 6 waterslides, although only two are truly thrilling. They have a tidal wave pool and a lazy river. Plan to spend 8 + hrs since there is so much to do. No outside food or drinks allowed, but they let you bring in water. They also offer free ice water at the concession stands. Parking was easy and plentiful!

There were 6 of us that went to Beech Bend this weekend for the 1st time and I was very glad we did as everyone had a blast. For those worried about COVID-19, Ill go into details just for you. (Pros/Cons and advice)It is up to you if you choose to wear a mask or not. Upon entry, your forehead temperature is scanned. At rides, even if a line is short, it takes quite a while bcos they disinfect each seat with spraying it down with a cleaning solution before allowing riders on.At the rides, they seat families together and space out strangers as best as possible.Nice that there are free 30SPF sunblock stations but definitely not sanitized as each person touches the pump with their hands. Bring your own SPF or at least your own wipes to sanitize the pump before using it.However at the waterpark sections, it is impossible for social distancing. When going up the water slides, everyone is squished together. The big pool in the back with the netting was full of people of all ages, teeny babies to elderly grandparents. The wave pool was in my opinion just nice as Ive seen packed wave pools and this was just perfect. But, you cant social distance bcos theres no controlling who youre gonna bump into. There was a couple (albeit hilarious and ridiculous) that attempted to by wearing a Joker mask/neck gaiter but it was wet and i was more worried about them choking/drowning. Not sure if they were really COVID19 afraid or trying to pull a stunt wearing the Joker cloth gaiter. Sadly, I didnt have my phone or Id surely have taken a pic of thatAt the food booths, only 2 lines were open in each section for social distancing but everyonr in the lines were standing back to back bcos the lines were long. Even those that just wanted free water/ice had to stand in line which kinda didnt help.==>> Maybe the park should have water stations that we guests can refillBOTTOMLINE: If you dont care about COVID, or want to have a semi-normal day of what it felt pre-covid, youll have a great time. We were not worried bcos we already have gotten and cleared COVID-19 and even if we hadnt, we would have been prepared to be in quarantine 14 days and let ourselves recover. However, if youre elderly and worried, stay home cos its impossible to do 6ft social distancing and due to lines etc.Now that weve gotten the COVID precautions out of the way, for newbies like myself.... We got this special 2 for 1 deal. Typically its $37.99 plus 6% tax is $40.27 per person per day. And since we went both Sat and Sun for Labor day weekend, the 6 of us wouldve paid quite a lot! This saved us a ton whew! The $10 souvenir cup was a great deal and both our families each got it and saved on the $1 refills. If you dont, each 20oz drink is $3 so if you plan on getting more than 4 drinks, youre better off with the souvenir cup. I was actually very impressed with the whole affordability of the Food and Beverage options and prices at Beech Bend park. And they had Funnel Cakes for $4. We shared 3 over the course of 2 days but worked it off running up all those stairs for the water slides Im giving this a 4* instead of 5* only bcos they are not open daily and of the remaining weekends, they are closed every Sat and only available 11am-7pm on Sundays. They should also consider having later hours like some water parks in other states stay open 1-2 days weekly till 9pmIm actually looking forward to buying a season pass next year as the kids totally loved it!

The amusement park side gets 1 star from me and my family. Some of the rides were closed, and only one attendant acted like they wanted to do their job.The water park side is whats worth the money. They have many options for the younger kids to enjoy and water slides for all ages. I give the water park 4 stars.

Dirty park, rude staff. *Visit date, July 11th, 2020*Beech Bend is a place that holds nostalgic memories for me as I used to visit all the time when I was a kid. Now that Im a mother, I figured it was time to take my own child to the park so they could grow to have the same fond memories as I. But we were quickly let down.Dirty park: In the water jungle gym they had, it was littered with chip bags, Gatorade bottles, and other trash just floating in the water with no one coming to pick it up. In the water park sitting area near the main water park entrance, all of the tables were covered in trash and food trays people had left behind and almost everywhere you stepped you had to watch out for not stepping on food on the ground. In the amusement park, trash cans were overflowing with trash scattered throughout the park.Very long wait at the food vendors accompanied by rude staff: We visited the cafe near the Kentucky Rumbler to grab a refillable cup and went on our way with no problem. As we kept walking we ran out of water and stopped at the food cart in the middle of the park so we could grab a refill. We were met by a very rude woman who was working the food truck. She was serving one of the Beech Bend workers by getting her some food and once that worker left we were next in line. Once we got to the window, she aggressively told us she was too stressed out and she wasnt serving anyone else. We informed her we only wanted water and she continued to be rude and shut the food truck window on us and left out of sight. We had to walk to the other side of the park just to get a refill and even then, it took us 25 minutes to wait in line. If you plan on going, just bring your own supplies unless you want to waste time in lines just for the food.On a separate occasions, besides the woman working on the food truck, we ran into another rude staff member working the rides. She was a young woman working on the kiddy part of the park. We walked up to a ride and were the first ones in line. As we were a few feet away from getting in line, she spotted us and walked away to a different ride to talk to another member. We waited in line and for her to come back but she just kept talking. After waiting for 5 minutes we decided to leave and as we passed the woman who was supposed to be operating the ride, she apologized to us and told us she needed a break. I I that she may have felt burnt out, but it would have been nice if she had told us that before we had wasted out time waiting. The park is convenient for locals because you dont have to go far out of town to visit and this was a reason I had went so much as I kid. Now that I have went and seen how the park is now, I wish I hadnt wasted my time or ruined my memory of the park.We had a much better experience at Holiday World and even though its out of the way, youll get your moneys worth and spend less time waiting around. Plus, they still offer free soft drinks.
