It was a very easy hike. There was a cute side trial that led to the water. The water access was very fun, even with the incredibly strong scent of marijuana looking over the whole area.
Ive been mountain biking here for years and have loved it. Theres a paved route in the middle and dirt trails that run the perimeter. Fun for all!
Great place to enjoy the day. Hiking, fishing, and bike trails. Quiet and peaceful
A hidden gem in Bowling Green! Nice walking trails, a mountain bike trail and small rapids. What a great time! Please go!
There is a paved greenway for riding bicycles, running, and walking as well as the approximate 3 mile Low Hollow Trail maintained by the Southwest Kentucky Mountain Bike Association (SW KyMBA), a great asset in Bowling Green for mountain biking, trail running, and hiking. Come on out and enjoy the great outdoors. Low Hollow Trail Fest (5 k run, MTB race, and MTB time trial) is traditionally held here last Saturday in June each year.
Nice place for a loner like myself. I visited during winter time. My dogs really liked this park. I bet its packed during spring and summer tho. I love the narrow muddy trails, theyre alil spooky thats why i like them. If there were bikers on these trails, itd be very dangerous. The park has also paved trails.
Peaceful and safe. A place where your dog can run free while you ride our bike! Not a huge long trail but its good if you are looking for something a little more convenient.
Nice little trail here.
One of the best Ive seen
Lived on Port Pike for 3 years and had no idea this park was here until today. Pretty spot.
Pretty area, couple of really pretty lookout spots on the trails. Fun flowy mountain bike trail. Well maintained. Both hard and easy options. Also have a paved walking trail if preferred. Few times I have been there I have seen people fishing near the parking area.
This is one of the prettier slightly hidden corners of bowling Green. Theres a fantastic mountain biking trail loop, and a beautiful paved walking path. The latter is handicap accessible (if the gravel parking lot isnt an impasse) The only downside is that there are no restroom facilities.
A pretty nice park for a walk. There is a paved portion and a unpaved portion. There are some great views of the river and I went during the week and I only saw one person so it was pretty peaceful. The only thing that would improve the park is if it were marked better. Some parts of the unpaved trail. I wasn’t sure if it was just for bikes or if it was a shared trail.
There are some great trails throughout the whole park
The walking paths are nice and easy to walk
Hot, not many birds out.
Dirty with trash and beer bottles laying everywhere, broken glass.
Quite peaceful with good fishing
Nice relaxing waterfall kindof sounds.
Great trails offering both paved and dirt to choose from. So nice views of the river and we even saw deer grazing. Dog friendly if kept on a leash.
Just a park by the river. Has a walking trail. The place kind of gives me the creeps. Desolate is maybe a good word. I wouldnt walk the trail alone.
Beautiful!! Looking forward to the environment in spring. Great place for a simple walking trail.
Ok I think I know where this place might be. But, this is how i remember where it is but, I had to go to the Shell gas station. I dont know the roads name. But, I know what the road change names. So that roads runs into after passing Shell on ur right side and at the light and to my left side me is the Rd name & some ppl this Rd as Old Louisville Rd but I think last year in the fall give or take the name of this Rd was changed to River road. But me leaving the the store and across the street to the Weldon Peek Park where ppl can sit and park and at night there a bridge that has different color lights on the top part of the bridge. The cross a river, once I get a quarter of the bridge and stop and look on my right side and see main Rd for Old Louisville Rd/ River road and u can see another bridge toward traffic to be able to drive over. Ok now I have done walked over the bridge at to the end of bridge there are 3 Yellow Post & I my understanding of the 3 Yellow Post was there for is where vechiles cant get on the bridge and that is Weldon Peek Park ends. I used to live over there off Old Louisville Rd (old name) 2018 fall the Rd was changed to River Rd (new name)
Love these trails. Theyre just not long enough. Need more trails in this area. Great for running. There are no restrooms available and no water station or first aid. But there are great views of the river.
Very nice place !!!!
Fishing and love the low hollow bike trail
Great place for fishing.
Love it n good 2
LOVE this park. Really long paved trails and super dope dirt trails. Lots of scattered places to be secluded and feel like youre not in the middle of town. Best park in BG for sure
My dog loves to get his get paws wet. I was so amazing.
Great place to walk. Paved and marked.Has trees and flora.
Very nice place to ride your bike or just to chill out.
The trials are great, the park could use some restroom facilities however.
Beautiful quiet park. Hard to find but well worth it
The bike/running/walking trail is amazing!A hidden treasure. You definitely have to go off the beaten path and find it.
Basically just a boat ramp. They do have some regular trails and some bike trails but definitely not in a safe part of town

Place ALWAYS feels sketchy. Vibe is all wrong at this park and I tend to avoid it unless using it for a kayak take out.
Awesome biking trails!
Is a beautiful place to bike ride or walk along riverside.
