I discovered this park through an online article “Hidden Gems in your City”. I went and no was around, it was a nice calm evening. The view and the statues are to die for. Its a well kept park with a cemented trail up to the top. The statues are so awesome because they are something you don’t see at an ordinary park. You can bring your pet or kids on a stroller. Please people pick up your trash or if you see trash laying around be courteous and pick it up and toss it. Do it for and
A good place to go with youre little explorer, clean you can get lucky see some reptiles on the side of the trail. one of my favorite as far walking and for the kids.
We started coming here within the last two months. We have been back here almost every week. Its a nice, short walk. As you may know, it has been over 100° here lately, but this area is still okay to walk in. 10/10 great walk
Amazing little park ... No restrooms tho.
Great place to walk the trails. Watching the sunset here us amazing!
This was interesting. Stumbled on it. The area is small but leads to a lot of trails that people bike on. I hiked it and it was nice and peaceful. Mostly flat or bland desert but Ill take anything now.
Great ace to visit. A real gem hidden not far from the main road. Easy walking paths, fun desert animal sculptures, beautiful views of the surrounding area. Great for kids, dogs, and the elderly.
There are statues of the various desert animals. We took pictures, as we were on a slight break from our bike ride.Nice day, although windy & lots of dust in the air.

Beautiful surprise in Boulder City Nevada.
Fun, quiet place. Big desert animal statues, desert wildlife & plant life facts. No drinking water at all and no shade until you reach the top picnic table area. But beautiful view and short paved trail. My 3 year old loved it!
Easy bike and hiking trails. Also on the way to the mountain bike trail which is not so easy. Great statues of Nevada wildlife. One of Nevadas best kept secrets.

Great walking trails
My family loved this trail. Along the trail are several native desert animal sculptures placed in a natural desert environment. The sculptures are great for pictures, I took several with my kids they love posing with them or even sitting atop the huge ones like the giant desert tortoise. The winding trails surrounded by huge boulders of varying shapes, sizes and colors are amazing. This area is especially beautiful at sunset. However the are not restrooms in this area. The restrooms are located on another street that heads into the official boot leg canyon. Those bathrooms are nice but youll need to drive there. Also there are nice interpretive sign posts throughout, detailing characteristics of the native mohave desert plants and animals. Well worth a visit if your passing through.
