Beautiful adult community, excellent clubhouse, good security.

Its so peaceful,clean.The manmade lake there attracts the most elegant birds it even is home to 2 turtles which Im excited to see if I can locate them . A blue Herring was sited at close range and a few ma and pa ducks,geese with their young ducklings! It is however for homeowners of 55 and older also to get in to the beautiful gated community you must know someone unless theyre happening to have an open house which this time of year is likely.

Wandering creek is a senior living community and they are a good place to live with lots of activities

It is a one of a kind development, peaceful and serene and a wonderfully maintained 55+ community. Your own little Greenlake with walking trails and a center to hold social functions and get togethers, including bridge and bible study groups. I am very impressed with the management. Homeowners dues are reasonable at $99.00 a month.

We live here. Its quiet, but HOA rules are grippy at best. They see one leaf in your front yard youll get a nasty letter.

This is a 55+ community and it is very quiet and friendly.

Wouldnt know gated old folks trailer community, but when I went in looking for my lost cat most people I asked acted like the would have killed her HAD they seen her.

Old folks trailer park. Gated. And most people there arent too fond of outdoor cats.
