They are very helpful to the 12 step community..we are extremely grateful
The community has several drainage issues, land will shift or flood. Ants are a HUGE ISSUE! Property management does not treat. Manager does not accept responsibility for lots or land and is condescending to speak with.Good luck.
Clean, affordable housing in an increasingly expensive neighborhood
County Club Park is a warm community to live in. We have been thru several different office managers over the last several years, as you probably no. This makes it hard to have consistant rules and managment relationships. The office manager that we have now, Cindy, is very much of a people person. She wants to help as much as she can to fix whatever problems we have. She really is a sweetheart :) Hopefully she will stay here longer than any managers over the last few years. We here at Country Club hope to have her here for several years.
The pictures are misleading. this is a 2 sided trailer park, with the regular run down tp vibe
I like the place and I like my neighbors
Lot rents go up, amenities gone. Now robbing seniors on water/sewer bills. Charging a supposed minimum rate, plus triple what our actual usage is, and a $35 sewer charge. What was a $15 bill through Minol is now $60 + per month, plus the $630 charge for lot rent. No pool, no repairs, no squat anymore. Brian Fitterer is a thief, no manager lasts more than a year tops. Stay away! Wish we had.
I visited my mom there.
Gouging the heck out of low income seniors to pay for a swinging lifestyle. Google Brian L. Fitterer. No maintenance, no onsite manager, just insane space rent increases and utility charges that have no basis in reality. Stay away.
Girlfriends mom lives here, so its in my top 5 of trailer parks... granted its the only one Ive been in...
Nice place
I have a few friends live there. Its clean and quite.

Comparing with Kennard, its too much expensive.
