It is very clean and the people are friendly and helpful. The cost to live there is very reasonable.

This is a wonderful senior community clean & well maintained. The residents are friendly & the staff accommodating. Mom loves living here.

Went here to visit a relative. He loves it here.Its well maintained. Its an age 55+ mobile home park. People watch out for each other, so its a safe environment. They also take very good care of their homes and lot. I dont know what he pays for lot rent, but a quick call to the office would let you know. I usually think of a mobile home park as being trashy, this is far from it. Very nice!!

One of the nicest over 55 mobile home parks that I have ever seen. Great location, beautiful grounds. My mother loves it here.

Family run, for seniors 55 yrs and over mobile home park. We are getting ready to move in and found that the owners are very helpful and the approval process is quick. There are two services in the park, Frontier and Compass Communication. The first section built has the older mobile homes but are slowly being replaced with new. The newer section is very clean and visually looks new nice. Potlucks and gatherings go on too.

They enter your property without notifying you theres a rodent and insect issue throughout the park its substandard

It was so clean and tidy. Neat and orderly. Much like a city under a dictator or a single- minded community. I lean more towards the single-minded community after I met with some of the occupants (happy and lively) living there.
