Nice stream / river runs behind my sisters mobile home big enough to boat , she can actually fish off her back porch if its allowed lol

Convenience to downtown Bothell is unbeatable. If you have kids the rules regarding outdoor play are hard to live with.

Lazy Wheels Mobile has friendly people, and some of the MH have access to the river. The landscape is horrible.

My mom had been out of a job for 6 years, we were living at my grandparents house. She finally got her first job in forever and the first thing we did was look into a new place. The only thing we could barely afford was this cute little Mobile Home Park. I was skeptical at first, but the park is kept clean by our hard working Landlord Nancy. I think you guys have it misunderstood. There are rules that she has to enforce. Yes the rules are stupid... like what kind of dog you cant have. But their Lawyers wrote the rules, not them. Nancy works very hard to keep our costs down and our parks clean. I think shes doing a very good job. It would be a mess without her. Shes cool to talk to and thats coming from a teenager. Shes also very understanding considering if youre nice to her Shell be nice back. Everyone has their hard days - you guys can be mean Every once in awhile.

Is a bad place management and owners are racists and they dont treat people fair or nice and when you try to talk to them they get aggressive not really nice peolple

Im more of a 1+ star. Somewhere between hate and dislike. When I moved in here in 2008, my rent was $500/month. Now that my husband is living here (2016), it is $750/month and in April rent is going up another $20/month. That is a lot of money for a mobile home that I own in a mobile home park with public facilities (clubhouse) that used to be used freely and often but now are locked and you have to fill out an application if you want to use it.When I moved in there was a manager that knew how to be a person and took care of issues, but was also friendly and an enjoyable neighbor.Everything changed with the next manager. Eviction notices for every little infraction (and infractions occur almost every month.) Grass not to her liking, things stored on deck not to her liking (yet *her* deck is jam-packed with boxes and things), if family visited and, heaven forbid I didnt tell her? all hell broke lose. She made my son-in-law fill out a $40 form to see if he was okay to visit. Of course, he was not approved. I say of course, because I cant imagine her ever approving of ANYthing! When I got married, my husband did not get approved either. Never been arrested and his credit is almost exactly the same as mine and I got approved to move here (under the old manager). I have to pay $150/month for my *husband* to live with me! This is a 2-bedroom home! Were not talking about 12 people! Just ONE! Of course, we are looking for a new place. But why should WE have to move when its just a terrible manager???On the plus side, I have great neighbors! Good, kind-hearted people. My neighbors are why this is a 2-star, the manager make this a 1-star. Under the old manager, I would have given my review a 5-star rating.

PLEASE READ YOU WONT REGRET IT!!I have never seen such a horrid awfully wicked manager Nancy. Nancy has broken the law by opening an older womans mail that had not been opened in a few weeks,and writing back to the mailers saying its not appropriate to be sending this mail to her because she had a mentalcase which she did not have a mentalcase. This is illegal and somebody should stop her. She is just a crazy ginger that needs to get fired. She will evict you for having too long of grass. Which its a free country you can have long grass all you want. This is the truth and somebody needs to get her fired. She doesnt return voicemails because she doesnt care about anyone of the mobile homes renters. My Grandma lived there and got evicted. We werent even allowed to have a lemonade stand we WERE kids, how wrong is that because she said it was illegal... Our visits there were fun and all with our grandmother until Nancy told us we couldnt do anything. Our Grandmas grass was too long and Nancy left a note saying that shell get evicted. Nancy is just not okay. Nancy has locked up the bathrooms and the REC room because it gets to messy and she is too lazy to clean it up. Shes a manager for goodness sake!
