They raise lot rent, for improvement of park but you only see them piece repaving. Instead of redoing the entire road system. Suppose to be up grading club house, been fenced off for over 3 wks, have not seen any construction being done. Management lets some tenants get away with breaking park rules

Had a family reunion in the clubhouse. Nice place and worked well. Plus there was coffee.

Great place for people looking for a friendly community, and such pretty gardens/ and clubhouse is fairly nice with extra amenities for hosting possibly! Definitely a must see, my parents love it!
