Charles Entertainment Cheeses fine dining establishment will help get energy out of your kids. The food is better than the last time you visited. Its not Tobins or Giordanos but it will hit the spot.Depending on how quickly your kids play, buying points may make more economic sense than unlimited play.

Most of the fun games were shut down, the tickets were very hard to win, and the prizes were high ticket amounts. Would recommend Lafayette over this location.

The staff were friendly and very prompt. The kids had so much fun!

They have made my kids quarantine birthday way better!!! Not only did the kids love the goody bags and pizza they also were nice enough to add toys and party favors at an extremely affordable price! I would rate higher if I could!

We havent been in about 2 years; so it was much needed! My little ones and I had a blast! CEC is the best especially with all of the new games they. Itll always be our place to go for family entertainments.

Half the games didnt work. It was difficult to find working games honestly.

Today we went to Chuck E. Cheese in Bloomington Illinois & we enjoyed our time Todd was very helpful & his service very extraordinary. He checked on our table to make sure that we were doing good & when a machine ran out of tickets he would fix it. He is very helpful.

My grandson had a blast and thats all that matters they changed the way u play games and its actually much easier for kids to use on there own and no matter what anyone says the food there is good for being a kids place so if you want to have fun with the kids go there and if you want to judge things go somewhere else.

Always a good time...Had a ball cant wait to go back !!!

Its a chuck e cheese. Nothing wrong with it. Just a standard chuck e cheese.

This place is smaller than the Peoria location, but it also it easier to watch your child.

Turns out if you bring your own stuff you can have a bday party there without paying their party prices... Even last minute. And for that its great. Also the game play is much cheaper now that when i was a kid!

Knowledgeable Staff, great pizza, my granddaughter was really happy. I have been bringing children to Chuck E. Cheese over 20 years. Today was great !!

My grandkids love it. The staff always go out of there way to fix a problem. The food is also very good.

Sorry kids, Santa didnt come this year.Thats how kids felt here when Chuck was MIA for his live parade. Normally you dont want to see a mouse walk out of the kitchen, but he was late twice and absent once, with no explanation. About 1/3 of the games had problems at any given time, from just not working to running out of tickets or shorting the number. This was a complaint from other reviews as well, they need to fix this. The soda fountain and ticket minchOn the good side: it was clean, the pizza was OUTSTANDING, and despite the issues the kids had fun.The two people at the prize counter Shayna and Jaylin were so helpful and patient with the kids that they are the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3.

My 2 year old had a blast. But many of the games were broken and out of tickets constantly do to the unlimited play option they offer.

It was clean but it is so loud (like headache/migraine loud and it scared the toddler). The pizza was really good, it took a while to make but the sign said fresh so expect it to take about thirty minutes. They now have cards instead of tokens, Id recommend the unlimited plays for the hour if youre looking for the most bang for your buck :) staff were friendly and helpful, kids had fun!

We had a birthday party for my nephew here, tons of games inside of all sorts and you can even pay for unlimited gaming. The kids absolutely loved it! Their motto is “where a kid can be a kid” but we adults did as well.

You would think in Bloomington there would be more than 10 games. Not good for older kids

Staff extremely patient. Every time we go theres at least one game or machine that doesnt work, including the ticket counting machine. Food quality has vastly improved since I was a kid. I like the systems they have in place so children cannot leave without a parent. Restrooms were clean.

We had a really bad experience at Chuck e cheese Bloomington il. We ordered pizza and it didnt arrive. We had to ask them 3 times. But still didnt arrive. Finally we left without eating.

As a child I absolutely loved this place with the video games and rewards to the pizza that they have (although Ive never tasted it I hear its good) they seem to cater to families with children so that parents can relax while their children go have fun or parents can come in and have fun with their kids as well. Overall Id rate Chuck E. Cheeses a 5/5 due to the excellent service and the great memories and fun I experienced there as a child.

Most of the people were nice who worked there. Allot of the games were faulty. The salad bar was decent, just check the tomato’s before bitting into them. I will go back to see if things improved. Overall the kids had a good time.

I was shocked when I realized the tunnels were gone, but it turned out to be more fun thank ever. The tokens being put on cards took the game playing experience to another level; however the pizza was nasty. I only are it because of the amount of money I had to pay for it, which was expensive. If I could have brought in my own food then I would have had a complete blast.

This location has improved with time play cards now and improved great pizza finally. Used to hate but new recipes are good! Will be back!

I ask for a large pizza with a topping, 4 drinks, salad bar.. then 2 orders of wings and a sandwich a 120 min card... The customer service didnt put my pizza order on the receipt so my order was mess up they dont explain as in the prices right. They are rude and the tables was dirty. I order wings to go and the wings when I took them to my son who was in the hospital was overcooked and not buffalo wings... shame how yall treat people spending money

We were at a family birthday party. They were under staffed so they didnt get everything together until half way through the time alloted for the party. We Were shorted a pizza, so they brought one out that was not what we wanted to compensate. Then when the scheduled time was over the staff was trying to clean everything up even though they had just brought out the last pizza. ( put it in a to go box right away) Also, charged us for extra kids that were not there. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I personally will not have a party there for my own children.

I took my son last Friday evening. It wasnt bad because there werent many people there so he got to play the games he wanted. Most of the games had issues giving tickets out but the game tech. guy was really awesome about giving the tickets that were won. The count down started regarding Chuckys appearance. He never came out. My son was bummed since he wanted to actually get to see him.We dont eat there we only play the games. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a little girl probably about 3 or 4 running around by herself. She kept taking my daughters balls from the ski ball and putting them in another ski ball table that wasnt being used. That was kind of frustrating but the game tech took care of it.

Place stinks horribly needs a good cleaning and refreshing. Games are not all working and seems they do not repair them very timely which is frustrating for the kids. Need to reinvent the process of repairs.

Normally I have a great experience here. Today was just awful. Store manager was RUDE, and seemingly couldnt take 5 mins to assist customers with anything, instead copped an attitude and stormed off.

The manager Kristi was awesome!!! We reserved a party online and there must have been a mishap in communication somewhere. Went from ready to walk out to had the best time ever at chuck e cheese! Kristi was very professional and handled the situation with thd kids in mind, thank you very much for the great experience. Also the two hostess we had were great!

Kids love it, but Im not in love with the price. Lol

We usually have a blast but our visit today (12/27/18) I feel a bit ripped off. We bought some unlimited cards 1 for 1 hr and 1 for 2 hrs...well we lost about 15-20 min bc my sons favorite game kept running out of tokens in the hopper so we had to wait 4 different times in an hr to have an employee come fill it back up...it was out 5x but we were able to pause the card once...but only onceOn the 2 hr card we paused it to eat lunch and it said the card was paused but when we came back to play it said we only had 10 min left on it...we played for over an hr then paused it for about 30 min to eat....we talked to the manager about both issues but was told there was nothing they could do to reimburse us our time on either card...again we usually have a decent time even though things are a bit overpriced but we probably wont be coming back to this CEC again anytime soon

Chuckie cheese has changed. No more coins..cards with mins or points. Smells of pizza and piss. There are no balls or climbing things. Everything requires a card. Never again. Waste of money.

To exspensive for what you get 140.00 for 5 play cards at 1 hour each card 4 drinks large 1 topping cheese stuffed pizza and an order of wings. Rediculous.

We had a wonderful experience. Layla was our party host. She did a spectacular job! She kept the energy up with the kids and helped us host a wonderful three year old birthday. I recommend having a party here, especially at a time that isnt traditionally busy.

Great games but the food.... I can’t believe it took over an hour to get my food, worst food ever not good taste. I still can’t believe it took so long which in 10 min woulda be done it was just 4 pcs nuggets, bread sticks and motzarella sticks. I believe they can do way better...

Took the kids as the chuck e cheese in Peoria is always packed and parents are fighting and obnoxious. Not at the one in Bloomington. It was family friendly environment and kids were being nice to one another. It was definitely a huge change and we refuse to go to Peoria chuck e cheese so we were happy that the Bloomington one was much better.

Ordered salad bar, was told it would be 5 minutes after 40 minutes it finally showed up. We ordered two pizzas, we got the 2nd pizza 30 minutes after first. I am not sure if it was due to poor staffing or management but it did not seem very organized.

Fun, organized chaos which dealing with children can be a good thing. My visit was enjoyable pizza as always was hot and delicious it was pretty crowded but available staff was attentive and energetic some of the games and rides werent working but otherwise a great fun filled family event.
