Went for my sons 13th birthday with a couple of his friends. The person helping us (Jennifer) was extremely nice and very helpful. Kids had a blast and it was a fun time, between the VR games and then the free arcade games it was definitely worth it. Kids havent stopped talking about it. Worth checking out.

We had my son’s birthday party here last year and it was so wonderful, we scheduled it again this year! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience. Multiple games/experiences were not working. When they were in the arena, it glitched the entire time. Even though the website states a “private party experience,” other guests were playing at the same time. They were incredibly low staff - although the employee was friendly and helpful, there just weren’t enough. We had five 10 year olds that were disappointed with the number of broken equipment pieces. We were offered a discount for a future booking for compensation, but unfortunately we won’t be able to use it. I don’t foresee us spending that kind of money again for such a disappointing experience.

Prices were very reasonable and the staff were super helpful. Tried the new escape rooms they had and it was really fun! Would recommend if youve never tried VR to pop in and give it a shot!!

Great VR experience. Cool little hang out area in front of all the VR stuff. I recommend. Meccha I tell you my guy, if you put two and two money, I mean look acho dangute. Now what steah did you guitar. This word is the gross men- shiiiiiiiii. Heh heh heh

We had an absolute BLAST playing the horror game in the VR arena! There were 4 of us and it was so much fun! Highly recommend!! The staff were super helpful at answering all of our questions and the atmosphere was super inviting! Definitely want to come back!

I went for the first time this weekend with a group of adult friends. We did the arena simulator - it was amazing! I truly felt like I was flying. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I am already planning my next trip back!

First time visiting this place and it does not disappoint. I am not a huge gamer and thought my experience would be so so. I was very wrong. We went in on a Tuesday and immediately received a tour of the building and the different options we could choose from. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, helpful, and polite. We could tell they wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible. This is truly great for all ages and everyone will get something out of it. The deals on Tuesdays are amazing. Before we left we were already talking about how we couldn’t wait to come back. The woman who was working with us (never got her name) took photos of us in the arena which was awesome. Great way for us to remember the day and share with other friends and family our experience. So excited they brought this to Bloomington.

I go there all the time! The staff is so friendly and are very free roaming! It’s fun when it’s not too busy for the simulator room! Overall it deserves more than 5 stars.

Best place I ever experienced

This place is awesome and great for the kids. They got a food bar and also a bar for the big kids too. Pizza was ok from snack bar, games were cool as well. Very clean and everyone should go check them out. They got something for the kid in all of us. Hands down a cool spot to visit. Staff is great too, well be back soon..

Virtual reality experiences like you wouldn’t believe! The arena is a lot of fun. Kind of like being in a video game but walking around in real life, so cool! The simulators are like rides or games. You can do a roller coaster or go skiing. A great place to enjoy as a family or for a date night.

Amazing place to come with friends or family! The VR arena was amazing and they have a lot of games for everyone to choose from. Staffs were amazing and the food was great.

Decent time but headsets were uncomfortable. Lines that would take a while. And the one standing VR experience was full of 3 year olds taking up the whole time and us not getting to use it.

This was my second time visiting MassVR and I had high hopes for it. I ended up having a bit of a frustrating experience though... One member of our party had issues with her goggles in the arena and the employee working didnt seem able to actually fix it, meanwhile everyone was already playing the second round.Personally, I seemed to have a lot of microphone/audio issues because I barely heard anyone talking the entire time (including my fiance who I was trying to stick with in the game, but not being able to talk to each other made that nearly impossible)Overall the technical issues and lack of support from the employee working (itd be nice if ihe employee had a headset on for a couple minutes to monitor things more closely to make sure everythings working) made for a frustrating night and has made me pretty hesitant to go back there.Lastly, the equipment being used for this game is quickly becoming outdated. Its fine , but has started to feel a bit low end at this point when much better VR systems exist now.I dont want this to be all negative though.... The staff was very friendly and personable, they did a decent job of showing us around and the snack and drink selection was very good as well. Others in my party seemed to enjoy themselves very much.

This is a great place for everyone and has tons of potential but they have a few wrinkles to iron out. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I will be back once they fix some small wrinkles.
