I dont know why this place doesnt have a five star rating. We came to Bloomington on vacation and I think this was honestly our favorite stop. Its where my whole family had the most fun. I know wed be here weekly with these prices if we were local.Its like a super clean, nice and relatively cheap Chucky cheese. I was honestly impressed with the sheer number and diversity of bounce houses. I expected much less for the price we paid. Theres also a huge play place like the old ones that McDonalds used to have but nicer and with way more to do than just crawl around.The games were probably our favorite part. There are just an absolute ton of games. And while its true some where broken, when our coins were taken staff returned them without issue.Speaking of which, the staff was super friendly and literally didnt stop cleaning the entire time we were there.The food was good and decent priced.The building is super nice. Bathrooms were nice (and clean).Super great experience all around!

So this evening we were celebrating our daughter’s 1st,2nd& 4th birthdays at jump N joeys like we do every single year, only this year was combined because of COVID-19 instead of separately which costs us about 300-450$ plus tip witch we are always very generous with. This afternoon we had a planned party for ALL 3 of our girls and this was scheduled 2 months ago. So as we arrive and unpack all our treat and gifts the hostess who was assisting our party came in and stated that at 6pm we would have to be out of the party room but we’re welcome to still jump and play. So about 5:20 the staff comes in and starts being pushy on us leaving telling, telling us we need to cash in our tickets because they will be shutting all the games off and jump machines down(mind you my 3 children hadn’t opened their gifts), so my husband and I rushed to tell all of our guests and photographer that we need to get all of our things out of our private room. So the owner was not there the whole time even when I asked why I was being charged more than what he stated to me on the phone, than its 5:35 and we’re carrying all of our belongings and unopened gifts when out of now where he pops up telling my guest, friends, and family that we need to wrap it up and get going that they rented the building out at 6pm. So my 3 daughters left with there feelings hurt... they didn’t get to spin the wheel like they have every single birthday, they didnt get to open there presents, they only got to play for an hour and a half, then while being rushed had to wait in a line because only 1 ticket machine worked! So after my guest and I spent over $400 on the party, tokens, and snacks I pay and walk up to the owner to let him know that we were really upset with the way we were treated, the messy, rushed, and over booked party that we received he then says I’m sorry we have to book back to back to stay in business, which is not right nor ok! I have had over 12 party’s with this company WITH 12-28 kids present costing us thousands of dollars and always LOVED EACH AND EVERYONE and was ALWAYS HAPPY WATCHING MY GIRLS WALK OUT WITH SMILES ON THIER FACES! Tonight rushing my girls to pick prizes while we’re being rushed my daughter looks up at me and says “mom why are we leaving already? Why did my sissy’s not open their present? The people don’t want my sissy’s to have a happy birthday? I will never EVER come back to this place EVER again! It’s one thing to disappointment and let me down but when you do it to my children!

So much fun. I’ve been a few times with friends and their kids. Perfect place for birthday parties. I love the bounce houses. Great idea for kids who run out of tokens but still want to play. Staff is nice and everything is kept clean.

My kids love it. I have a like/dislike with it. I really like all the bouncy toys/slides etc. My kids have a ton of fun on those. I dislike the arcade games. Not only do you have to pay to get in ($8 without a coupon..$6 with), the games can get expensive. The toys are pretty cheap and often are broken by The time we get home but my kids have to have them. The food is ok and my kids dont complain. My husband and I dont eat there. Weve been to a lot of birthday parties there and its chaotic. Its always pizza, pop and cupcakes. The kids can put their own sprinkles on the cupcakes plus they get a ring. Everyone Ive talked to has been polite....but service can definitely be slow when they are busy. Overall I would recommend it. I would give it 5 stars if arcade games were in a different area from the bounce house / slides! ;)

It all depends on what day or evening you go whether its busy or not. Admission is eight bucks for a kid unless they are 2 or under and then its 4 dollars. Parents get in free. A lot of the games seem to be broken or under repair. I think some of the games are too high of a price but there are some cheaper token games. The food is decent and you cant go wrong with the french fries or chicken strips. They also serve pizza and pretzels. Prizes for the tickets are cheap toys and thats ok but it be nice to have a few quality items too. What makes jump-n-joeys unique is the inflated slides they have along with the blown up obstacle mazes..

My daughter loved the bounce houses, but the money we spent on tokens felt like a waste because the games werent very fun and the prizes werent anything cool

They booked me a birthday party 24 hours in advance and were super helpful and accommodating. Great experience!

Much like the womb of the infant Jump N Joeys enjoys much the same benefits. The many men able to be merely conceived within Jump N Joeys realm is a record among records. Sadly we will be nearing a end of this with the rise and fame of Mr. Hibachi authentic Chinese food buffet. Eliminate your enemies Jump N Joeys before they eliminate you.

The service is good their staff are friendly and the price isnt to high. There are plenty of games for adults to play. My daughter absolutely had the time of her life here. She enjoyed the video games and rides. As well as the several slides they have here. I would recommend bringing your children here.

Cool place once it gets up and running. Did an event there with my job Recycle Force and wouldnt mind coming back to see what its like once it opens.....

Pizza was really really good for a place youd think of a like a Chuck e cheese or Urban air. The jump houses were great for preadolescent kids. The token games were pretty expensive to play with most costing 2-4 tokens. The ticket payout was decent so for 20 bucks each kid took home 200 tokens. All in all it was a good time and wed go back.

Clean, friendly staff, decent food, lots for kids and adults to do. Baby changing station in the womens restroom. They were pretty accommodating for a birthday party we visited. Only complaint would be some of the games werent working correctly and didnt give out the right amount of tickets

Its a great place for kids to jump, play games, and win prizes. There is an entry fee, and you must also pay for tokens. But it is fun for parties and for special occasions. The place is kept relatively clean, and the staff, in my experience, has been friendly and helpful. We dont frequently attend here, but its not a place we avoid either. My kids are always excited to go, even if we just jump and dont pay for tokens.

My kids love coming here. Its an indoors bounce house. They also have an arcade where you earn tickets and turn them in for cheap little prizes. Jumping Joeys also sells food but weve never ate there. If I remember right its about $6 a kid to get in, so its not bad if your looking to get your kids active, specially when its a raining day. Jumping Joeys is a pretty popular establishment.

This place is great! My 21-month-old daughter just went crazy with smiles and went running soon over the place. The blow-up jumping pins and obstacles are great fun and address big enough that parents can follow little ones if necessary (or because they want to play too).We didnt use any of the arcade games, but it seemed people were winning tickets fairly easily and enjoying themselves quite a bit.

Cool for kids but have the hand sanitizer near by. Pizza was expensive and average. Not cheap.

My kids love this place. There are games they can play using tokens or they can play on the blow up slides or bounce houses. They always have fun. There are places for parents to sit away from the action but still close enough that they can keep an eye on their kids.

Its always clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and the pizza is surprisingly good. We actually live over 1hr from Bloomington, but make the trip as much as we can.

This is a great place to go for kids 5-10 if they enjoy video games and bouncing around on those bounce houses that are generally found at outdoor events such as festivals and fairs. my 6 year old has enjoyed coming to Jump-n-Joeys since it opened its doors, when he was around 2 1/2 and they have a bouncy play place that is supposed to be for toddlers only. That said I do not bring him here on nice days, when he should be outside, or on school days. To play the games, video or otherwise you must exchange cash for tokens. I believe that $1.00=4 tokens, please correct me if I am mistaken. There are options for other deals such as $20 for 100 tokens, I believe. The drawbacks to this establishment are varied and become obvious as you move through the games because it is the games that are the problem. Many of them do not clearly state how many tokens it takes to play them. Most of the biggest, fanciest, most eye-catching games cost at least 4 tokens, if not more. Many games have a propensity to eat your childs tokens, some games dont work at all and there has been no attempt to mark them as OUT OF ORDER so your child may be pumping tokens into a game that is defunct. At the bounce houses BEWARE OF THE DISAPPEARING PARENT. This is obviously not the fault of the business, although perhaps signs could be posted warning that you should not leave your child unattended or attended by OTHER CHILDRENS PARENTS. This has happened to me countless times and it is extremely annoying, not to mention potentially harmful to me. If I were to be held accountable for another child who has been purposely left by their wayward parent allowing any adult who may be standing there, supervising their OWN CHILD, to watch THEIR KIDS, and their child should be hurt? NO!!! I REFUSE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR KID IF IT ENDS UP BREAKING ITS NECK!! sooo...thats why this place gets the rating I have given it.

Rude lady in her 70s complains that she is the only one there at check-in, food area, and when redeeming tickets. They act like it is your fault their faulty game machines take your money.I also had a ticket counter machine begin COUNTING DOWN subtracting my tickets which is a huge fraud.BEWARE! If using a credit card they offer $40 for 180 tickets but if you choose the $20 option it is a better deal because you get $100 tickets. Therefore even if spending $40 it is better to make to separate $20 credit card purchases.In the end it wont matter because trying to redeem tickets is a fight when that is part of their job as well. The prizes are garbage like all game prizes anywhere else.I will never be back.The owner needs to retire the elderly lady before he loses business. They need to hire more friendly employees as the average person spends at least $50 in admission, food, and tokens on a visit.

I’m pretty thankful that Jump-n-Joey’s is in town. It’s a fun place, I’d say my 7 and 2 year old enjoy themselves. In addition to the inflatables, there’s a good selection of games. The prices are reasonable. The food is always great. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. The atmosphere is relaxing. Keep up the good work guys!

Having a 3 and 4 year old I figured going to a place like this would be hectic but it was definitely a good environment. Plenty of things to do for everyone of all ages. Food is okay, service and staff is excellent as well.

This is the worst place to go in Bloomington. The trampolines are suitable for kindergartners. We waited for ten minutes for someone to receive us before we left. In addition, the place smells bad.

They definitely deserve it!Today was my first experience at your wonderful establishment.Due to inclement weather we had to cancel a birthday party at Chuck E Cheese in Columbus for my girlfriends son. He turned 4 and if any one reading this has or had a 4 year old, you can imagine how that went down. I am so glad we did though!We brought my nephew who is 4 as well and several other kids and family friends.We were greeted by an extremely nice young lady upon entry. I wish I had gotten her name, but your schedule will reflect who it was.After we were all assembled, I went to the counter to order a pizza. The pizza was dang good for a cafeteria style setting. (I used to manage the One World Commisary, so I kind of know pizza.) The young man who took said order showed a true team spirit with his co-workers and was very professional and extremely polite.We did the games and the slides etc...Then the cash out of tickets. Which is usually a nightmare with young children. That kind of math even gets me sometimes and I am 38. Lol!The young woman who was at the register was beyond helpful and so patient with the process. It made a potential nightmare, a walk in the park!I have managed multiple bars and restaurants, and own my own contracting company. You dont find employees like these two every day!Needless to say, we will be back and I will suggest your venue to anyone asking for a fun place to go play with their children.Again, I thank you very much, and apologize for the long review!

I like going on those really big slides! I like to jump! I like playing games!My four-year-old son says its the best place in the world. When i asked him why, thats what he told me.My take is that for only $4, your kid gets to run around and play--and get exhausted--for as long as you want. For a large, open building, they do a good job controlling the temperature. Even on the warmest days, it was always very comfortable.The overall layout could be improved. Ive never tried the food due to the price, but the pizza looks and smells good. Dont go there only for the food. The arcade games give the impression that they were purchased cheaply because they were either old or because they were simply not fun. Theyre typical, though, and serve the purpose. The seating for adults is limited and not great.Overall, i basically use this as an indoor playground on rainy/crappy days. Its great for that, which is what I based my rating on. It could be greatly improved to become a much more polished facility, though.

Awful staff that didnt care about anything half the games were broke and ate tokens because they didnt have them marked out of order and the jump houses and stuff you couldnt get on but my daughter got stuck and scared (shes 2) on one of them and the staff wouldnt help so I went up. My kids still had some fun though only reason its not 1 star

We were told that we could have my 4 year old nieces party here. we payed to have a party package and we were very excited to see her have a special day of fun. So day of her birthday we arrive we get everything ready only to be told a party package does not buy us the right to have a birthday party. We were told we could not have outside cake. We were fine with this. What we were not told is that we could not have presents. We were given 5 minutes to remove the presents from the building. Never again!

Had a Great time with my Granddaughter and nephew 3 & 5. Yes there were unsupervised kids but plenty of fun things to do so walk away from the brats and let your kids enjoy another area. We spent $40 with lunch and playing games.

Wasnt all that impressed to be honest. you have to pay just to get in the door, and then pay again if you want to play games. the majority of the games were broken, and it seemed like the other half stole your coins. definitely not worth the money at all. staff were all very young, teenage kids that were not helpful at all. definitely will not be going back.

Im giving Jump-n-Joeyss 5 stars because thats what my kids want me too, and because we dont have a Chucky e Cheeses! Its a great place for a birthday party if you have small kids. They have pretty good pizza, a lot of things to play on, a lots of games to play. If you have small kids, you should give it a try. I don’t think you’ll regret it.

We heard a lot of good things about jumping joes but were sorely disappointed when we went. They had a very limited number of jumping things. Most of it was arcade games that you had to pay extra for. It is noisy and not very clean. Our kids did not like it. All around we were very disappointed.
