Bought a birthday party for $400, could never find the actual host probably spent an hour of the two hour party looking and waiting for her to stop hiding. I had to contact another girl at the counter who had to then find the lady and 20 minutes later she shows up confused, tv doesnt work, no music, couldnt use the actual space for what we wanted to! We had a glow party for a 13th birthday, without the glow program, without the music, and without hardly ANY HELP FROM THE STAFF that i was charged for. I could have put a party on the picnic table by the actual jumping place for nothing, i bought the plates, the cake, i paid for assistance ans HOSTING. Ill be filing a formal BBB complaint on this party as well.

Urban Air puts their competition to shame. People young and old can get exercise and have fun here. There are a lot of other attractions than just trampolines. There is a climbing area, a sky coaster, and a ninja warrior type course with the biggest ball pit I have ever seen. My kids and I rage this place hard. It can get crowded. Its usually slower later in the evening. Right now its a little sketchy because of Covid. There is hand sanitizer everywhere, but who is all actually using it? There is little to no mask enforcement. You get the distinctive odor of stinky teenager frequently. Its tough to keep distance at a place like this as well. Stay safe and be careful. This is one of those places that is going to make you sore the next day, but its just so much fun.

Great upgrades to facility. The kids played there for 4 hours! They hardly stopped romping. Tons of fun!

Wonderful place for birthday parties [we have had 3!!!] and unfortunately had to cancel this years party due to covid shut down...However its an exceptionally fun place to be, even just to spend a few hours there with the kids. I like how the staff watch over the children to ensure safety. Nice massage chair!

The place is great, very clean, good customer service. Would have given 5 stars except the concession stand prices are unmerciful! Spent $20 on a medium sized drink (no refills) a small ice cream, a bag of popcorn, and a blue slushie.

Great place for the whole family! For $25 your kids can play hard all day! Parents can get a $5 wristband. There are all sorts of different activities. Theres something for all ages! Definitely recommend! Might be sure to take quarters to get a locker if you have a purse or anything you want to lock up!

They have updated this facility and it is so much nicer. However, there needs to be a limit on the number of people allowed in the facility and the warrior course needs to be like 12 and up, because we were trying to do the courses and there were tons of small children hiding in the balls so you couldnt see them, then they would jump out (where are the parents ?) and several times, we almost hurt one. Overall...its a lot of fun.

We had an extremely good time here at urban air. My daughter loved the courses they have here. They have the ninja warrior setup. You can play dodgeball until your body hurts. They have normal jump trampolines. The beach ball game to be played. I think the jump pit is the best, loads of fun. The staff are friendly and professional. My daughter said she had the time of her life here lol.

Poor customer service and good luck trying to reach a manager or anyone at corporate to help with any issues. They bounce you back and forth from corporate to the local office which no one ever answers. Ultimate package only includes limited items that may or may not be in stock.. highly suggest adding a drink to the ultimate membership instead of stuff no one wants.

The manager was arguing with some young lady after he almost killed her child. Im never taking my kid back here.

I took my children on a Friday after school so the place was busy. I noticed that most parents dropped their children off leaving them with no supervision so I spent most of my time making sure my 5 year old was not being ran over by the older kids. They definitely need more staff on the attractions bc the kids were going the wrong directions and not following the rules which was very dangerous for the younger children.

Kind of pricey. It would be worth spending the extra few bucks to do everything like climbing, sky walk, and hang gliding. But even if youre just doing the basics my family always has a lot of fun here and its a good work out for all ages.

Neat idea, but weak implementation. The facilities look fun, clean, and interesting. The very young staff all were friendly enough, but unfortunately all seem dangerously under-trained. There simply is not enough supervision of the jumpers. Kids of all ages and sizes are jumbled together. Also, the food is horribly overpriced which just adds insult to your childs inevitable injury.

They really improved this place with a climbing wall, ninja course, ziplines, and high ropes activity. I wish the membership options was a bit cheaper however with two kids this is a great place to spend the day. I also like that they dont have time limits for how long you are there for.This will now be our dominant choice for a trampoline park.

Urban Air has definitely upgraded since the last time I was there. I was thinking there would be a time limit but there isnt anymore. You just pay for a package deal per person. I paid around $40 with a coupon for one adult, one 5 year old, and one 8 year old doing the Ultimate package which is everything included. My kids had a blast so we will definitely be coming back. The only bad thing I can say is the cafe worker. Whoever was working the register had no idea what they were talking about. I went there a very hungry pregnant woman since I could not jump and figure I could eat while my husband and kids jump. I began to order pizza when the cashier interrupts me and says they are not serving food. I asked for chips. He said we dont have chips. I said what do you have to eat? He said soft pretzels. I said ok do you have hot cheese? He said no. So I ended up just getting an icee. I find out later they were serving food after I went back up there for the second time to buy a pretzel with hot cheese since I saw someone else with it. Of course I had bought more snacks because I asked the second time when will you be serving food and he said I dont know. So it was too late to order food since I already bought snacks. Just disappointed about the communication whether there was food or not with a customer. I wont be listening to that kid anymore lol Other than that, I still give this place 5 stars as they over exceeded my expectations and my kids and husband had a great time. Definitely recommend families to come here.

Fun place to bring the kids. Can be busy on weekends and rainy days. Also weekend have a lot of birthdays that make it busy. Look for coupons to make it affordable.

The new additions are incredible. Theres a zip line, climbing walls, ninja warrior courses, rope course, and a jump and duck. The trampolines are still there too. Its a great way to spend an afternoon. There is no longer a 2 hr time limit either.

We had such a great time here. The price was great and my family had an amazing time. Definitely going again and again!

Kids love the place. At a certain point I thought I was gonna stroke out bouncing after them and of course had to prove I was the top dog. Next day could barely walk lol. Couldnt let them know I was sore. Predators smell weakness. Great place friendly people and they change the activities thats nice. Definently go just be prepared for your kids to want you to jump also!

We have had our daughters birthday party here two years in a row. The new equipment is a great addition. We will visit again soon.

I have to say I have taken my kid here at least a hundred times since theyve been open. On weeknights its great. Not a lot of people and my kid can really be a kid. We have gone a few times recently on a Friday night or Saturday night or during school breaks and this place is out of control. The staff working the play areas are all high school kids. Tonight the only employee that looked like a grown up was the one handling the money, and she is nice. These kid employees stand around with other high school kids who are their friends on their phones talking, laughing, not working. There was one girl at the trampolines with the pole that spins but not an employee around the dodgeball or the high jump or the basketball goals or the big foam pit. The high school and middle school crowds that were there tonight and the other few times we came when it was horrible, they run around they curse loudly they get into the DodgeBall ring and throw those balls so hard. UA does have rules posted but no one is enforcing these rules. And then on top of that you have got hundreds of kids, all ages doing whatever they want. Just a few parents who are parents like me actually follow their children around and supervise them. The rest of the parents are congregating at the tables or on their phones. I saw a boy kick a cup across the floor tonight near the trampolines. When you go to a place like Sky Zone, there are employees at every station and they make the children follow the rules, play respectfully, and wait in a line instead of letting everybody do whatever they want whenever they want. The older kids tonight were being mean to the younger kids. Throwing the balls right in their face and laughing the whole time. My son came up to me and said he was ready to go only after being there 45 minutes. I was so grateful. I mean this place could be really great it has so much potential. The people who run it the actual grown ups, Ive seen them plenty of times because we have been going here since it opened. I dont know if they really have no idea about how little their staff does when they are not present but they need to either really do an overhaul on training, prohibit cell phone use on the floor by staff, prohibit congregating With Friends while working. It was so bad tonight I really left thinking that it is only a matter of time before the whole place just collapses on itself. We as parents of especially the younger kids should be outraged really. That we can spend all of this money and be forced to sign waivers and then the staff behaves this way. I really am going to read the fine print because I am curious if staff is being blatantly neglectful and a child was to get hurt is that still all on the child and the parent? Urban Air had all of you sign waivers and then they just let the children run the world and not the decent children. Children who like to tear things up laugh when people get hurt and just cause Mayhem. I really am not a strict parent. But after tonight it was just really amazing to me that this place hasnt been shut down. You guys do have it in you to make this place great all the time. Really. This town needs a place like this for the kids. But there just needs some enforcement of rules. I wanted to give 1 star, but we have had fun here. I dont want to be just a complaining reviewer. Im hopeful that this can help make a change. And I will be happy to change my stars if it gets better.

Love this place

Very fun and good food and beverages! They have a lot of different features such as basketball lanes to shoot or dunk on, a big area to do flips onto an inflatable which is similar to a foam pit, a gymnastics sort of lane where people take turns which is great, a jungle gym with 3 different and unique lanes, a free jump zone for kids as well as a bigger one for adults and teens and also two dodgeball arenas. This place is a great addition to Bloomington in my opinion and very good quality. The little place to eat on the side is also very good, and their Oreo milkshakes are next to no other! This is a must if your passing through or just looking for a good time in the area. Highly recommend!

New addition of Zipline, climbing walls and Ninja Warriors course made this a much more fun places, especially for older kids. Also no time limit any more, which is good. The membership price in the website is also a good value if you plan to go more than 6 times every 12 month.When it is busy, the line to zipline is long, 20 minutes too long IMO.

Really great. Be careful of obsticale court with white balls... someone peed in it and their cleaning methods were questionable....

What was open was fine. However many odd the sections were closed and those seemed to be those for kids under 5. It was disappointing as the open sections didnt provide much variety

Came here a couple times didnt have issue tell about the 3rd time. There was a line to pay and check in. So after waiting about 10 mins we were next up when a family signing waivers get done then just goes next. When the couple people behind me say something as well as me the staff say no its ok they came come to the front they have been waiting. Well I signed my waiver online so should I have to wait for every family that gets done signing a waiver to check it. There needs to be a line if thats how your gonna do it for people just wanting to pay. I have no clue where people signing waivers are in line and if you dont sign one the sorry go to the back after you sign it. Dont punish others because they didnt sign a waiver and let people cut in line. Fun place but very pricey.

The place is under construction cutting into half the areas to jump causing more people being crammed in a smaller area- yet they have the nerve to charge you full price. Don’t waste your money until the construction is over!!

Our kids love going here for parties or just 2 go jump an play games with your whole family !!! It is such a fun place 4 the kids to play plus it is a great work out an sweat it all out while they are having fun with friends!!! Id rather pay for them 2 go here 3 times a week as to laying around playing on there phones for sure!!!

This Urban Air is a great addition to Bloomington, IN. They just recently started working on new attractions that will be amazing. I am really excited to try out the sky coaster and the pro zone trampoline. Thanks Urabn Air Bloomington!

I dont even want to give this one star but it is the only way I could comment. My 19 year old granddaughter and her friend went there yesterday ( Wednesday, June 12, 2019 ) and were very disappointed. The urban air people charged them full price but did NOT inform them that most of it was closed for construction. There were only a couple of things they could do !!! Thats an awful lot of money for very limited activities. Im very upset. My granddaughter is from out of town and came here to have a fun vacation. They DIDNT have any fun at Urban Air here in Bloomington. Shame on whoever is running this one. And other Urban Air owners should also be upset with you because the way you run yours could give all Urban Airs a bad reputation just because they have the same title.

Our grandkids got the ultimate package and the was well worth it.

Its basically my hangout! Great place to get fit and have fun. I come here with friends a lot and we stay for hours and it never gets old!

Came here for a day to spend with the kids and ordered them food from concession. The icee and cheese sticks were absolutely disgusting (not sure if the syrup was bad in the icee or what) but it was gross! The lady refused to swap it out for another flavor. This may be petty to some but to spend as much money as I did on the disgusting food to have to throw it away and then listen to my now very upset child. This place could use some tips on customer service.

They should put in their prices that you have to buy their socks! Had a very disappointed 11 year old. Only had a certain amount of cash since I added up their costs and nowhere on the prices did it say anything about buying socks. Super disappointed

I am not really happy with the upkeep at this Urban Air. Ripped mats and air pit doctored with black masking tape is just not eye appealing. I feel like Im getting robbed at bloomingtons Urban air compared to the Urban Air in Franklin, Indiana .

My 6 year old loves this place! We’ve been here a few times and he never wants to leave. I actually had a good time too, I mean who doesn’t love to jump on trampolines? Lol. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great place to play with your kids for awhile, kind of expensive but worth it! Someone always supervising, places for little ones to play. Cool obstacle courses, lots of fun for all! Even a glow play!! There are lots of signs warning that trampolines are dangerous and they can be, but all these haters commenting negatively are being crazy if you are responsible and take care of your children then this is a great business.Thanks

My 8 year old loved it. Even tho it says 2 and up I will never bring my toddler back there again. His dad went to take hin to the pit to play and they both fell straight threw to the ground. Management only offered candy didnt even offer an ice pack for the swelling around his eye or first aid for the scrapes on his face. They whole pit was held together with velcro.

Staff doesn’t enforce rules and there isn’t enough staff. Staff stands around not paying attention. Sky zone is so much safer and staff really pay attention to prevent injuries. Would not recommend this place.

5 stars there is nothing bad to say about urban air its my fav trampoline park because so live almost right next to it and I got the a lot just because its so fun hope you have as much fun as I do.

We are here at least twice weekly. My 11 year old loves this place. Word to the wise, make sure your kids of any age take care when jumping to look out for other kids. If they start to jump and see someone else jumping the same direction in a path of collision, have them stop. Tell them to assume the other kids wont stop for them. A prominent local pediatrician told me 95% of the injuries they treat are from collisions. Jump safe! Its worth the money!

All the employees act as though its their first day on the job. Zero supervision by neither employees or most parents results in a chaotic environment that will, make no mistake, result in death someday. But hey, we have those waivers.

Its a great place to take the kids but dealing with the little worker and her attitude almost wasnt worth going. We have been her multiple times and never had an issue and this child felt the need to yell at every child and complain about everything everyone was doing.

Took 2 eleven year olds here today and they had a great time. Not too many kids here since it was a summer weekday.

Excellent afternoon out with the kiddos. Fun for adults and children alike!

It is a fun place. But we got charged $30 more than we were supossed to. We saw the prices online. But they continue to tell us we are wrong evem when we show them what we are talking about on their website. They even say everyone gets it confused.. well maybe it is because they are wrong.. its false advertisement. Just trying to get more money. If you want to charge that much money change your website.
